"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."

"Hotel with greatest staff ever, literally everyone working here are nice, friendly and conveniently doing job. I had trouble with the car, the hotel manager himself came and helped. It was not easy task but the problem was solved thanks to him! "

"A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "

"Brand new, clean, and a 10/10 customer service! Our room even had a beautiful view of the sea. "Pics are deceiving… the pool was closed at 6 pm, not 7 as they say. The beach is accessible through a steep hill (no stairs) and the elderly will barely make it. Resort needs more renovations. Nothing but small towns/villages around, no walking paths. You’re pretty much locked in the hotel. Food was good but the choice was limited like in Cuban hotels. No evening entertainment programs. Maybe I’m spoiled by Dominican resorts… however I’ve been to all inclusive properties, I can compare, and this...
