The master bedroom has a king sized high end top of the line orthopedic mattress and personal sitting area to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the majestic sunrise at daybreak. There is a 50' wall mounted flat screen for master bedroom viewing pleasure and walk in closet and dressing area designed by California closets. The spa like master bath offers a large walk in shower complete with in shower seating.

Next find your way to the 'surprise' in the 2nd bedroom! Our surprise for you will delight everyone of all ages! Your 2nd bedroom has two full size FLOATING beds!! and 42" flat screen wall mounted TV. (2nd bedroom sleeps 4). There is a full guest bathroom accessible from both the main living areas and 2nd bedroom.

Daytona is only about 5 minutes away but you escape the crowds and congestion etc. There are fabulous farmers markets in the town square that have wonderful fresh produce this time of year and we usually stock up on oranges and grapefruit and make fresh juice using the juicer (in the kitchen island drawer). There is a new Publix grocery store within walking distance and also a small homemade doughnut shop that makes the BEST doughnuts! - but you have to get there early for a good selection as the locals grab them up 😉! There are also numerous nationally recognized Art festivals that are so fun to stroll through.. St. Augustine is only about 35-40 minutes away, Kennedy Space center is a great excursion, and Orlando/ Disney etc is about 60 minutes. It is very popular with many of our couples or families make day trips to the Disney/Universal theme parks and then come home to sleep with the waves and enjoy the beach in between a day trip. It is a wonderful option because you can enjoy the parks and the beach during the same week!

Our beach and large oceanfront pool is a magnificent private beach accessed only through our building. We are 100% non smoking and no pet property. (We love pets but are unable to accommodate them at this property).

There is so much more this property offers such as washer and dryer, all linens and towels, free wifi, etc etc!

Memorial Day Getaway!

Dreamy Getaway Spot

Our family was in Ormond for a few days and Susan's unit was the perfect place for us to stay! From the moment you enter through the door, you know this place is special. Literally everything from start to finish was perfect! The unit was exactly as described and in spotless condition. I cook most of our meals, so it was very convenient to have pans and utensils available. Susan was very helpful with suggestions for local places to visit, eat, etc. (We checked out the Cheezy restaurant across the street and it was great!) The pool area was in great condition, and beach access was easy and convenient. We can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful view

Beachfront was perfect - amazing view and there is nothing like hearing the peaceful ocean wherever you want. The condo had beautiful interior design and all furnishings were great. Susan was absolutely outstanding with communication, recommendations and was very accomodating (i.e. made sure we had a pack and play for our baby).If I am being really picky, the condo location wasn't as walkable as I thought.

Best view in Ormond Beach!

Wow what an amazing place and an amazing host! Susan was so nice and accommodating, giving us a whole list of fun stuff to do and delicious places to eat. Beautiful condo on the perfect height floor. Listened to the calming waves every night in bed. We searched a lot of places before deciding on this one and we definitely made the right decision. The reviews speak for themselves. Just book it!!

First of all, I would like to say the host, Susan, was an absolute pleasure. I chose her property based on the decor and the views. Once we arrived, we were not disappointed. The building itself is a bit dated but her condo exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean and smelled AMAZING. The views were excellent and I'm going to miss the sound of the waves outside of my window. If I'm ever in the Daytona/Ormond Beach area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. There's a wide selection of restaurants near by as well as a Publix basically across the street. Susan was kind enough to provide an extensive list of places to eat and things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at this property.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Susan is great to work with and shared lots of tips on the area that enhanced our experience. Ormond by the sea is a charming beach community. The property is as advertised and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Views, Great Location, Great Host!

This property is amazing. It is on the 9th floor and completely renovated and modern. My 6 year old said that it must be a house of the future. The views are amazing and you can see the ocean from all of the common areas and the master bedroom. Our 2 boys loved the octopus room. The walk to the beach is very easy and short. The pool is clean and refreshing. The building is very clean and well kept. We were there for Labor Day weekend and it was very quiet, which we enjoyed. This area does not have the touristy vibe at all, you feel more like a local, which we loved. There are a plethora of great dining options within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Hull's Seafood Market was our favorite! On top of all of this, Susan, is the absolute best host that I have ever dealt with. She arranged a call with me a few days prior to our arrival to go over everything. She is very detailed and gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet and relaxing beach getaway. You will not be disappointed!!

Great oceanfront condo

We stayed for the weekend during the Daytona race. My son and I went to the race while my wife and daughter stayed around the condo. I liked the feel of the area, not overly touristy at all, lots of local restaurants, and still close to all the fun amenities if you wanted to go. My wife and daughter went shopping, glow in the dark mini golf, among other things. The condo is absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for all four of us, and the view was spectacular. Susan was great. You can tell she's been doing this a while and has thought of pretty much everything. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! There is so much to do in that area, you could easily fill up a weeks worth of activities, not including bumming it on the beach! We will definitely be back, 5 stars all the way around.

Great location and attentive host!

The location was perfect for our needs! The beach and pool area were super quiet and it felt very private. We loved waking up to the sunrise and hearing the waves every day. We even caught a rocket launch in the morning which we all enjoyed. Susan was very helpful wity lots of hreat food and activity recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

I can’t say enough about this property! The decor, the views, it was all sheer perfection! Susan was an outstanding host! I felt like I was communicating with a friend. The Most Amazing Week!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this condo is and how amazing the host is! Susan goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure your stay is the best possible experience. She's so friendly and has spared no expense to make her condo gorgeous, comfortable, and welcoming. She has to be one of the most genuine people--this is more than a rental property for her--she wants you to feel at home. Even though we never met her, we feel like she's part of the family. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sunrise and we loved the privacy and calmness of the beach. There were many times when it was just us out there for the first part of the day. It was absolute perfection. Susan shared many activities for us to do with our teenagers and shared many restaurants around the area---and we tried many of them! My husband and I both said we can't wait to come back. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and this was our absolute favorite. Susan, we can't thank you enough! ~Love, The Fresch Family

Stunning!

This condo was wonderful! From the decor, location, cleanliness and peacefulness to THE VIEW! I could sit on that patio with my morning coffee and watch the sunrise every day! We also loved watching the dolphins swim back and forth. The beach was literally steps away and not overcrowded at all. Susan was so helpful and provided several restaurant recommendations and not a single one disappointed. Perfect little getaway for our family.
