Weekend stay

This was a great condo right across the street from the beach. The condo was clean, beautiful, roomy and had all the amenities of a hotel. Margie was a great host making check-in easy and she was very attentive to my questions. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area!

Condo rental

Wonderful condo. Close to many attractions. Loved all the extra touches in the condo. We had extra supplies left for us in case we needed. Even had chocolates left for us at bedside. Would recommend this condo to everyone. We have been coming for many years to the Flagler/ Ormond beach area and this is by far the best rental we have had Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay.

Loved our visit

The condo we rented was perfect for us. The space was as neat as a pin, beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurant and shopping choices nearby. And the view from the bacony was nice. The only thing that I could possibly fault was a lack of good parking for our large pick up truck. Had we driven a smaller vehicle there would've been no problem at all. The host was very nice and thorough with the directions for check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Experience!

From the moment we walked in we felt like it was home away from home. Not only was it convenient to all restaurant and store locations but the beach and pool were literally right in our backyard. Loved the entire weekend experience and the owner made sure we had all our essentials and comforts met. The owner went above and beyond and I will certainly come back in the near future. The stay was amazing and the perfect choice to spend my husband's birthday weekend. Thank you so much for all your attention to detail! Very Best Regards, The Centeno Family.

Nice….but

The condo was recently renovated and very nice. Margie was extremely responsive to our needs and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. If you want a great beach location, look no further as the beach was a short walk right across the street. I believe we were one of the first guests at this property as a few items we normally are used to having were not there. That said, Margie stepped up and accommodated. The only reason we rated this unit a 4 is due to the overall condition of the outside common area. Bluntly, sitting poolside was not an option as the pool furniture was in horrible condition. Further, the wood decking around the pool was pretty worn and rotting in some areas. If I was a homeowner in this condo complex I would be pretty upset. In closing, Margie did a great job and her unit was beautiful. 5 stars would have been warranted if the condo association did their part.
