Disfruta de nuestro loft junto al mar en el hermoso Ormond by the Sea. Gran segundo piso al otro lado de la calle de la playa con una pasarela pública. Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, cocina y baño. Incluye una lavadora y secadora. No te dejes disuadir por el baño. Lo hemos hecho para que cada habitación tenga una "estación de maquillaje". ¡He viajado muchas veces con personas múltiples y sé la importancia de tener mucho espacio para prepararme! Después de un día en la playa, puede asar en la cubierta superior con su cóctel favorito mientras disfruta de las vistas al océano. Por la mañana capturarás algunos amaneceres extremadamente hermosos y, a medida que el día termine, ¡te sorprenderán las increíbles puestas de sol! Estás a pasos de tiendas y restaurantes. ¡Lenny's New York Pizza es imprescindible! Supermercado Publix y plaza justo allí. Un corto recorrido de 6 millas al sur lo lleva a la mundialmente famosa playa de Daytona y Main Street. Un viaje de 8 millas hacia el norte lo llevará a Flagler Beach. San Agustín está justo al norte de allí.


Este loft de 2 dormitorios y 1200 pies cuadrados tiene un rey y una cuna plegable en el maestro y una reina y un futón en el otro. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. El sofá desplegable, el futón y la cuna plegable tienen espuma de memoria para que sea muy cómodo. Nadie quiere una cuna para dormir, ¡pero lo he hecho tan cómodo que pelearán por él! Un montón de aparcamiento para remolques, barcos, motocicletas, autocaravanas, grandes plataformas ...

Disfrutará de un café por la mañana y cócteles por la noche en la gran terraza mientras contempla la puesta de sol en el mar.

The only negative part was the stairs. Stairs need to be advertised in the description. We have several friends that are a handicap and if they came with us, they would’ve never been able to get up the stairs

I booked this property 8 months in advance for a trip to Daytona 500 for my husband. When we got there another family was already in the unit. We had travelled from New Jersey and had no where to stay during the busiest week of the year in Dayton Beach. We had to scramble to find our own accommodations at twice the price. I am still awaiting compensation for this. The owner is not responding to my requests. Do not stay here. This property was purposely double booked.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500. While the race/events were a blast, it was also nice to be able to retreat to a place out of the crowds- the location was a short drive & Ormond has many great, local restaurants/things to do. The loft was clean, decor was bright & fun. Sandie was easy to get a hold of & when we needed to stay an extra night because of a rain delay for the race, she was so kind & accommodating. If we come back to the area, this place would be our first choice!

We were so pleased with the loft. The king sized bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own. The ease of access to the beach and shopping was nice. Very quiet and private. We highly recommend!

Great rental in a fun unusual location led to lots of fun and everything we needed. So close to everything and such a cute place. We are totally ridiculous moms on a girls trip and the owner managed to tolerate our ridiculousness. Lol. As an owner of vrbo’s myself I can say that you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for the hospitality!

This property was perfect for my family’s New Years get away. It had just the right amount of space for my husband, me and our 2 adult sons. Having just one bathroom was not a problem at all. After all, if you stayed in a hotel room that’s all you would get. The location of the loft was great! It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach and there were stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. We didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we just wanted to. The property manager was wonderful! She even checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. The whole reservation and check in/out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

I rented this unit for my son, daughter in law and granddaughter. The unit was beautiful and well maintained but it was a little difficult to maneuver the uneven concrete in the alley and the steep stairs that are used to access the unit after dark. Security lights would be helpful. It was also inconvenient to have to launder the sheets and towels prior to leaving. I have my own VRBO and our property manager cleans the house and all the sheets and towels. It was very stressful for my son and daughter-in-law to have to do this while trying to load the car and manage a two year old. Overall, they enjoyed their stay.

When looking for a place to stay we wanted something that was clean, linen furnished and close to the beach. Sandie’s beach house delivered all that and more! Her home was beautiful and was plenty of room for my family of 8, don’t let the one bathroom scare you, we made it work with no problems. We traveled on Easter Sunday and when my grandchildren got there they were greeted with cookies and and an Easter hunt for chocolate placed throughout out her home...that was very special and my grandchildren loved looking for candy!!! We can’t thank Sandie enough for her kindness and hospitality!

We had a relaxing getaway despite the cold December weather! Beautiful view, easy access to the beach, great location, cute, spacious and very clean property. The loft was super nice, very clean, very like home qualities, beds were comfortable. Love all the extras you have for your guests. Location of the Loft was super easy to get to every place we wanted to go, even SeaWorld!! Super short walk to the beach. We had a relaxing stay. Thank you Sandie

The Loft was the perfect space for our family getaway. We entered up the stairs to a cute little deck with a beach view. Entering the loft was no disappointment. We loved the open kitchen/living room space. The island was the perfect center to gather for drinks and dinner, and just so happened to have fresh donuts from a local business waiting for us! Big screen TV for our down time movies and morning news. The two spacious bedrooms were more than I expected. Plenty of space, and of course, very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and pillow selection was excellent. Nothing has been left out here. Full kitchen for cooking, grilling and a blender for fun beach drinks! We were able to grocery shop right next door for the week. The beach is just across the road, and was pleasantly quiet this time of year. Our group of 4 agreed this was truly the perfect beach getaway. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Loved this loft. The location was perfect...right across the street to the beach access and Publix is right next door. It was perfect for our family of six. Most importantly, it was clean and smelled great. Only one bathroom but it worked great because it meant I only needed to bring one set of toiletries. Sunsets on the patio were gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Highly recommend! *I will note that the refundable damage deposit is super high and not refunded until 14 days after you check out then banks can take 5-7 days to process. I was expecting it to be within a few days of checking out but it was not. Not a terrible thing just something to keep in mind when you are booking.
