We welcome you to our vacation home in Ormond Beach Florida and close to world famous beach of Daytona.

Enjoy your holidays in a quiet part of Ormond Beach, where you can spend the days by the pool or in the sand.

Snowbirds, longterm rentals ands Military; contact us for special rates and quotes.

The apartment is family friendly, with "all you need" for kids and adults. Spacious two bed, two bath with full access to the common area in top floor. Some of the extra in the apartments are toddler bed, changing table, toys, stroller and so on...

The amazing view of the ocean and river/city makes this apartment very special. With to bedrooms and two bath, you have a lot of space. Full kitchen and spacious living area for your relaxation after a day at the beach or by the pool.

The beach is just a step of the pool area and is a No-drive beach.

This is a family friendly apartment that covers most the needs.
You are welcome to use the apartment with all the inventory to your connivence. We just ask that you take care of it for us.

We have stroller, beach toys, games and other stuff for the family.

I will personally not be in the area, but property manager will take care of your needs (if any issues) and I am always available on email or phone.

Early check in/out is available at an extra charge.

Beautiful conveniently located property

This two bedroom condo is spacious with all the amenities. They had high chair, full size crib for the baby. Check in instructions were great.Plenty of space for parking. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. They had folding beach chairs. Dollar store is opposite for immediate needs.. Publix super market .5 miles. Beach was clean . and not crowded. Very easy to get to the beach from ground floor. Had a great relaxing weekend

Snowbird getaway

This condo wasI love the location of the condo. It has beautiful ocean views. The 2 bedroom bathroom is clean. It is a pleasure to work with the manager with questions and the host is very accomadating. I love coming back as a snowbird to get away from the cold and snow. Taking dailly walks on the beach is good for the soul.clean and has the best sunrises

Locked out

I have to leave an honest review! The actual condo is awesome, the view worth every cent!! However, I had to contact the property manager myself after receiving no information for check in. We could not enjoy any of the amenities the day of checkout which is 10AM, because you have to have a key fob to go anywhere on the property. Had to call the property mgr to let me back in to get my car. Additionally there is an extremely expensive cleaning fee but we were expected to strip the beds and start the laundry. I was also informed not to party upon check in, definitely a negative vibe surrounding the whole place, including the residents who live there who clearly don’t like the renters. Next time I’ll plan a little further ahead and stay at the Coral Sands where your allowed to enjoy all the amenities and maybe have a good time!!

Snowbird Retreat

The condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large ocean view balcony, and full size washer and dryer. Daily walks on the beach was an elevator away. The owner and manager were easy to communicate with and responded quickly with my questions.

Beautiful Beach Location

Condo has a great site of the beach and city sky line. We went for the 4th of July weekend and saw the fireworks display everywhere. The beach there was very beautiful. One thing that would be helpful is to have better instructions for arrival and departure.

We came down for the Coke 400 in Daytona. Property was beautiful with beach access and bars/restaurants close by. Easy Uber or Lyft ride to and from Daytona Speedway as well

Greatest!

This was the CLEANEST rental we've ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the ocean and river. I loved sleeping with the patio door open so I could hear the ocean and if I woke...could see the moon reflecting off the water. I normally take specific kitchen items because most are sparsely furnished. Not this condo. Had everything we needed down to the wine bottle opener. Next time we'll take swimsuits, towels and very few changes of clothes because there is a washer and dryer in the unit.Kimberly was wonderful to work with. Love, love this condo. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Peaceful Beach Destination

The property was wonderful for our family. The beach is clean, private and nice view from the condo. The communication with owners team was pleasant and easy. The pool and parking were effortless and easy. Would recommend to others and will definitely go to stay again.

Beautiful Views

Lack of amenities

We were not notified in advance that pool was closed until 4:00 pm because of construction on the premises. Could not cool down unit. Temperature averaged 74-77 degrees. Believe thermostat was locked and could not be manipulated. Bathtub needs safety strips as I fell in tub while taking a shower. Bruises but no major injuries.

Good and Not so Good

Good: Great area, beautiful beach, secured parking garage, nice amenities, great view. Room well stocked with all needed items. Early check in offered. Not so Good: No welcome email from the owner or property manager, so I had to call to figure out the building codes, etc. Get in the room, dirty dishes, dirty laundry, laundry in dryer. A/c on the 1st day didn't cool below 74 until well after midnight. Property manager had told me in a previous phone call the last group had issues with the ac but it was fixed. I contacted the prop mgr about it and she said "I dont know what you expect it's feels like 100 outside, cant expect more than a 20 degree difference." After she argued with me I called the owner who wasnt much more help. He eventually told me "72 is a livable temp." Which I agree with except it didn't get there till the wee hours of the morning. Bedrooms were several degrees warmer than the living area which made sleeping difficult. I base my reviews on if I would return or tell a friend or family to book the property. In this case, without some changes, I would not return to this property or reccomend it to others.

Lovely condo! Fresh flowers and fruit were such a lovely greeting. Received the call from property manager while we were still on the plane. She explained check in procedures very well. Thru vrbo I texted property owner on use of 3 tv remotes. He called me back and explained how to operate. Every corner was immaculate. Thank you for a great stay b

lovely condo

The Ormondy is a clean and well kept property. The condo on the 10th floor is well situated. It is furnished very well and is very welcoming. The view is spectacular. The club house room on the 11th floor is beyond belief. It is available for private parties on request. This condo and building deserves 5 stars, but we experienced power washing and painting on the exterior, so we had no use of the balcony from 7:30 A.M until 4 P.M. each day. It was also somewhat noisy and our privacy was invaded. On the other hand, future renters will benefit from the work done on the building.

Snow birds

We stayed here for Feb and March. Our 2 month stay was wonderful! We woke up to the sunrise, either from the comfortable king size bed or the huge balcony! The kitchen was fully stocked, making meal prep a joy, while looking out the living room window, towards the beach! The epic view from the 11th floor community room is etched in our minds, especially the sunsets. Perfect view of the rocket launch. The pool was a perfect 86 degrees almost every day and crystal clear. Thank you for sharing your beachfront condo with us.

Great Beach Getaway!

We stayed in the C-10 unit, the week before Christmas, 2018 and the unit is neat, uncluttered and very clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony is stunning. The unit has everything you need to spend a week on vacation! This is a completely furnished house! There are linens, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the other household amenities (stove, fridge/freezer - stove, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron) were very handy to have as well. There's a small amount of "pantry" items in the kitchen cabinet, as well (Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again! Kim, our contact person for the Unit is awesome! Very responsive to questions and extremely friendly & personable.
