Set in the heart of Orleans, this comfortable Cape Cod home offers an easygoing retreat with all the essentials for a relaxed coastal stay. Tucked on a quiet street and just a 15-minute walk to Nauset Beach, it’s a great home base for beach days, bike rides, and exploring the Outer Cape.



The interior layout is practical and welcoming. The main level features a bright, open living space along with kitchen and full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a second full bath, providing plenty of space and privacy for families or small groups. Modern conveniences like a mini-split AC system and an in-home washer and dryer make longer stays easy and comfortable.



Outside, enjoy a private patio and yard designed for simple pleasures. Lounge in the yard with a book, fire up the grill and dine at the outdoor table, or unwind after the beach as the day winds down. The outdoor space is ideal for slow mornings and relaxed evenings.

We enjoyed everything but not having toiletries available is a mistake. Not sure why they made that decision but it should be reconsidered

Great location and nice property

We enjoyed staying at this roomy and perfectly located home. Being so close to Nauset beach and downtown Orleans was awesome. Our 1 complaint and reason for the 4 star rating is that the cleaning was over the top. For example - the refrigerator smelled strongly of bleach and it was so bad we could not use the refrigerator to store any food during our stay. When we first arrived, the home itself also had a strong cleaning smell that was very noticeable until we had opened all the windows and aired things out for hours. I'd recommend that your cleaning service turn it down on the cleaners used.

Prime location!

Extremely clean, very comfortable, great location! We loved our three weeks in this lovely home. Our adult children joined us for a few days and it was perfect. Great beach days, grilled out, played games. Such a wonderful time. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome stay for our family celebration!

We treated my Mom to a trip to The Cape for her 90th birthday and our stay here could not have been better! The home is well appointed; plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s ample linens. DelMar is extremely responsive to concerns. The mattress in the back bedroom was way too firm for me and they brought over a mattress topper . Slept well the next two nights.

Delightful getaway

We took a brief 5 day trip to the Cape. The Beach Rose House met all our needs better than we expected. Great location near Nauset Beach, very clean and well equipped. Would be happy to stay again.

Property was exactly as advertised, very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Centrally located with everything you could need within a close drive. We would definitely consider this property for future trips to the Cape.

Long weekend trip

The condo was lovely! Tons of space for playing games and lounging around for a family trip. Beautifully appointed and larger than we expected. Walking distance to Nauset Beach and a short drive from great restaurants and Skaket beach. Highly recommend!

Sweet Serenity in Orleans

My mom and I absolutely loved your property. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The central location was perfect for day trips to Provincetown and to Nantucket. The proximity to the beach, grocery stores, shops and restaurants was also perfect. The town itself is so beautiful and quaint we just fell in love with the area. We loved the peace and quiet of the area in this off-season time. The only downsides to the property were that the pillow shams looked Dirty, the light fixture in the downstairs bathroom needs to be fixed and one of the windows in the TV room needs to have the lock checked. Overall, I would recommend this property to families or friends. It was wonderful and I hope to visit again one day!
