Nice clean and comfortable place for vacation.

The property is near popular Cape Cod beaches. With 3 Queen beds and pullout sofa in office, there was ample room for 7 adults. The place is well kept and is nicely decorated. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Home!

We loved this location in Orleans! A cozy home with lots of beds and space for a family vacation. We had fun at the beach nearby and fun playing all of the basement games on our one rainy day. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home on the cape

We spent an extended weekend with another family at this beautiful property. The rooms were spacious and clean, the home had everything that we needed. The location is great too. Nauset beach is close-by with many bike trails in the vicinity. I would love to come back here again.

Everything you could need for a summer stay on the Cape

Very nice space, beautifully renovated and decorated, great yard, wonderful location! Perfect house for our group, including easy access to first floor for older guests with mobility issues. It had everything you could want for a summer trip to the Cape, right down to big pots for boiling corn on the cob and lobster! Only suggestion would be to add curtains to the upstairs rooms, as the sun pours into them at 5 AM. Even without them, we would love to stay again!

We had a great time at the house- it fit six of us nicely and the surroundings were beautiful. The walk to the bay took about five minutes and was fun but bring bug spray!

Vacation Perfection

Our family had the perfect vacation, and this property was a big part of that. It was clean, well maintained, convenient to everything but also quiet and secluded, and the perfect proximity to our new favorite beach. It had everything we needed and more (e.g., the umbrella holders on the deck marked for optimum shade…loved this; plenty of games for both indoor and outdoor fun; a private outdoor shower; and a separate master bed/bath). We look forward to a return visit.

We loved Barley Breeze!

House is awesome, master bedroom/bathroom is amazing as well as the pull out couch room next to it. The upstairs rooms were also very accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked with nice premium cutlery, appliances, and silverware. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs out front grilling and as well on the back deck. Will definitely come back!

Pleasant stay

We loved the place! Beautiful, clean, cozy, and convenient. The yard is private and full of tree shades for kids to run around and play games. The house is tidy and thoughtfully setup. We can do anything comfortably like at home: TVs, laundries, cookings, toys etc. It is convenient located with mins drive to Nauset beach, Skaket beach and many good restaurants. The entire family age from 3 to 66 had a great time! We will come back next time in Cape Cod.

Disappointed

The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. However, there were no provisions in the kitchen (not even salt and pepper), bathroom amenities were skimpy at best (3 bathrooms but soap, shampoo, bath mats only in 1 of the bathrooms), very minimal towels, the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor every time it was run. The house needs some upkeep. Fie the price paid, I was very disappointed.

Beautiful House-Dishwasher not working-Unresponsive management company

The location was excellent for us. One third of the kitchen floor was covered with water from the dishwasher when we arrived. We cleaned it up, called the property management company and were told not to use the dishwasher and that someone would come out to fix it. No one ever came to fix it even after several calls to the property management company. Someone did come to provide more paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags as there were no garbage bags and very little toilet paper or paper towels. I was very clear on each call to the management company (VACASA) that I needed to be contacted on my cell phone number and had them repeated it to be sure it was accurate. When we arrived home there was a message left on our home phone. Also an email from a handyman arrived a week later saying he could come out on Friday to fix the dishwasher. Our checkout date was the previous Monday. I have called VACASA 3 times since being home hoping that they would do something to make up for the issue before giving a poor review. Each time I have been told someone would get back to me by phone or email within a day or two but have never heard from them. It's been very frustrating. All that being said, the rest of the house was beautiful and with no issues that need to be addressed or a new management company, I would recommend the house.
