AC throughout with a slimline unit in the living room and central ac upstairs. Relax with your morning coffee on the deck before heading to the association beach for the day. After your day at the beach, you can grill your favorite meal and relax on the deck or enjoy the front lawn with some games but be sure to take a short drive to Skaket Beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset to end the day. You can also bring the family dog, as this home is dog friendly (1 dog only); so, ask your agent for details-$150 fee will apply. Parking for 2 cars. Week in Orleans

We had a lovely stay on Ellerslie Rd. The location was convenient to Orleans, Chatham, and was walkable to little Pleasant Bay. The house worked for our family with 2 young children and we would be very happy staying here in the future.

The perfect weekend getaway.

The place was absolutely spotless! Very cozy, quiet and comfortable. The private association of which the property is in was absolutely beautiful. A 2 minute drive and you were at the beach with either your choice to sit on a small beach or on the end of a dock. I chose to sit on the dock which was perfect because, just the very slight movement of the water in the harbor was like sitting in a comfortable rocking chair. I got to meet several of the neighbors as they were putting out marking boys to indicate large rocks that are in the immediate area so as to people to their location when navigating through the area with their boat. Very, very nice people. Met the owner of hog Island brewery and ended up going to his restaurant Saturday night. They had a live band, a ton of people, and really good food. Went to the yard arm, the first night and their food. There was excellent. Their broiled scallops were like candy! Lots of great shops nearby. Again the cottage itself was absolutely perfect , nothing was forgotten and everything was supplied. Actually more than enough supplied. Not a thing was needed. Would highly highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice little cottage. A fence for the deck would provide more privacy.
