The property is great! The kitchen could use some serving and salad bowls and the upstairs queen bedroom needs a better air conditioning unit and a dresser. The location is fabulous and the property is well cared for.

Great Getaway on the Cape for Multiple Families

We were very pleased with our week stay at this house. It was clean, convenient and well appointed. It was great for our group of 3 families and 2 dogs. It was as if we all had our own apartment within the house. The weather was perfect so we never needed to use the air conditioners. The rooms were spacious. It was close to everything. Our electric car was no problem as there were Superchargers in Orleans at the Stop and Shop. The kitchen had everything you needed. The appliances were all operational and up to date. The only suggestion we had is in the upstairs bathroom the tub gets very slippery and there were no grab bars in the shower. The management company was very responsive to any concerns we had. All in all I would definitely recommend this house for families to stay on the Cape.

The location of this rental was fantastic. The house was clean with lots of natural light. However, there were a number of factors that made it a disappointment compared to other rentals through VRBO.

Cape Visit

The house was in a very convenient location which was close to beaches, downtown Orleans, and the National Seashore. The property was very well landscaped with a nice deck overlooking the back yard and adjacent woods. The house itself was very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location with tons of space!

This hidden gem was a wonderful surprise! The beautiful photos did not even do the property justice when indicating the amount of space provided! There were 8 adults and we had plenty of room to relax both separately (in the 4 over-sized bedrooms) and together (in the spacious living room, dining room and deck). We would definitely rent this place again!

Orleans September Review

Beautiful home, great location, great amenities. Only complaint is that the master bedroom needs a bigger and better AC unit. The first night we arrived the temps were cool but the second night it was unbearable.

AWESOME property, plenty of room!

This house is perfect for a large group, as there is plenty of space for everyone. A lot of the furniture is updated, and the house gives off a great feel. The neighborhood is really nice and Skaket Beach is right down the road. Del Mar Vacations was great to work with and really takes care of their properties. I highly recommend this property, or any other that is managed by Del Mar Vacations!
