Living spaces

The heart of the home is a generous living area designed for gathering - whether that's a movie marathon after a park-packed day or a lazy morning catching up over coffee. A dedicated gaming area adds an extra layer of fun for all ages, and the private cinema means blockbuster nights never require leaving the house. Ceiling fans and full air conditioning keep every room comfortable through Florida's warm summers.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a group needs to cook together with ease - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and the covered back patio and balcony offer outdoor dining options when the Florida air is calling.

The townhouse sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:

Two fully themed twin bedrooms bring the Alice in Wonderland magic to life - a genuinely enchanting space for younger guests. The two king bedrooms offer a calm, restful retreat for adults.



Bathrooms

Four bathrooms serve the group, including bathtubs, showers, hair dryers, and a full set of toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels and bed linens are provided.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the covered back patio or head up to the private balcony - both are ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply breathing in the fresh Florida air after a day on the go. The community pool is close by for a cool-down, and the on-site gym is available for those who want to stay active.



Practical extras

Smart lock self-check-in makes arrival effortless. Free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace mean remote workers and those who need to stay connected are well covered. A washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage handle laundry for longer stays - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Families with little ones will appreciate the pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair. Free parking on premises completes the picture.



Location

Reunion is a gated community with a relaxed, neighbourhood feel - golf courses wind through the grounds, full-time residents share the streets, and a 25 MPH speed limit keeps things calm (watch for golf carts!). Step out the back gate and you'll find a wide range of restaurants, airboat rides, alligator farms, water parks, and more. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Magic Kingdom are all within a short drive, making this townhouse a natural base for a full Orlando adventure.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
