A beautiful vacation lifestyle set within a rejuvenating paradise you can call home in the heart of the Disney attractions in Central Florida. Whether you choose to spend your sunshine filled days at the theme parks, relaxing in your own splash pool, take a stroll by the natural pond, or visit the clubhouse to mingle with friendly neighbors, at Windsor Palms Resort Orlando, there's never been a more comfortable place you can call home.

While we try and provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.

While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided in the homes.
Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.

The house was lovely with a few mnus points.Minus points1. Carpet could do with being replaced.2. Sofas are a bit worn3. Master bedroom bed is not the best.Major plus points1. Location. 2. Jacuzzi 3. Value for money4. Home from home5. 3 bathrooms6. This i think is the most important, the communication, response from the management was professional and timely. The clubhouse is nice and pool area is good.The bar menu is ok, club supply shop is limited. Would i go back, yes

The property manager was easy to work with and it was an easy process getting in the house. The paperwork required was a bit ridiculous. The house was the dirtiest rental I have ever stayed at. It was pretty gross, with hair everywhere, dirty walls and floors, and carpet that was not vacuumed. We cleaned the showers before using. Two small towels were provided in the bathroom no hand towels or wash cloths. There was plenty of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a couple of washer and dish washer pods to get us started. We kept luggage in bathrooms because bugs were a concern as there were some dead one in the carpet. Hot tub did not heat but wasn’t a problem for us. Neighborhood pool and little bar/grill was nice and gate was monitored and easy to get in and out. I would never stay here again.

Overall, the unit was adequate for our stay, but it could have been much better with a few improvements.The kitchen could use more supplies. There were very few cooking utensils, no pot holders and the knives were not very functional, which made preparing meals difficult.The mattresses were quite firm—much firmer than we prefer. Additionally, the shower heads appear outdated, and the master shower/tub makes a concerning creaking sound when standing in it, similar to what another reviewer mentioned.The children's room does not have a TV, and the main living room television is fairly small (around 32 inches). We also had trouble signing into our Disney account on the TiVo system, so streaming options were limited.That said, the unit worked for what we needed during our stay. Would we stay here again? Possibly—but we would come more prepared next time by bringing a few kitchen essentials, and a mattress topper for added comfort.

Weekend get away

Property was exactly as described. We had one issue the hot tub didn’t work. We reached a ur to the host who rectified the situation. No issues with the house as for the community: there was an abundance amount of termites flying around. The termites sworn the community pool and hot tub landing in them both. Brought this up to the front desk representative who told the bar tendon who did not care AT ALL in fact he called me a lier by saying there were no bugs in the pool. I walked out with the front desk where she took pictures and called “management”

When my family and I arrived at this villa, we noticed that it looked NOTHING like it did online. The place was clean but only the TV in the living room and upstairs queen bedroom worked. The TV in the master bedroom had an antenna and could only get a few stations. The TV in the twin bedroom looked like it was 20 years old and didn’t work. The tub in the upstairs queen bedroom made a really loud noise as soon as u stepped into it as if it would give way at anytime and fall through. We were glad that the hot tub worked but the chairs they gave u to sit on outside felt like they would break apart if u sat in them too long. What really made us never want to come back was when the man at the gate gave us a really hard time about us wanting visitors over for my son’s birthday. He was very, very rude and we didn’t appreciate being treated like that. I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to stay in this villa!! Overall the trip wasn’t as bad as other trips we’ve been on but this is 2021 and NO ONE deserves to be treated like crap!! And this villa needs to be UPGRADED!! U can take a chance on this villa but I take the chance at your own risk

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

WE LOVE STAYING AT THE FOUR CORNERS LIKE THE TITLE DISCRIBES IT ALL, HOME AWAY FROM HOME THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO IMPROVE IS NEW WINDOW BLINDS MAYBE SOME CURTAINS AND SADLY WE HAD SOME NOISY NEIGHBORS THAT WAS SMOKING MARIJUANA OF COURSE WE REALIZE PROPERTY OWNER CAN'T PERCIEVE THAT SO NO BLAME THERE. ALL IN ALL WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD IN GOING BACK AGAIN . WE RECOMMEND IT 👌👍

Worse Stay Ever

Hot tub would not work and they knew about it (property management who we rented with) did not tell us. Ants the next morning, had to throw food away and cockroach under daughter's bed. The Club House charged us to print our boarding passes. Tub in Master Bathroom sounded like you were going to go through the floor. Manager at Palm Tree Vacation Homes seemed like he did not care too much a put our complaints.

Great Location!

The townhouse location is very close to Disney. Pros: location, community pool & recreation area, nice sized bedrooms & bathrooms, very responsive to text messages Cons: have to drive to a separate location to check-in & then return the registration forms (other places I've rented has always done this online), hot tub does not work (they did send someone to clean & repair it but it is obviously not working nor had it been cleaned in a long time), small old tv in upstairs twin room

Close to Disney World

This property is located about 10 minutes from Disneys Main Gate. The kitchen is huge. The downstairs queen size bed was perfect for my handicapped mother. The upstairs rooms had a king bed in one and 2 twins in the other. The washer and dryer are located upstairs as well. Hallways,bathrooms had plenty of room for our wheelchair bound senior to get around in. The only negative for us was the size of the TVs which really didn't matter as we stayed out late every night. The resorts clubhouse was outstanding with gameroom, weight room, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, kiddie water play area as well as a Tiki Bar for the adults.

Needs to update the house

When we first got there the tv down stairs didn't work at all the bathroom downstairs was okay until the rack that you hang the towel on feel out the wall. The tile was coming up and crack the sofa was old the blinds were falling off the hot tube didn't smell right it had mole and grease stuff in it I called for maintenance and someone came the next morning but my daughter was still afraid to get in. The tv in the kids room were so small but the twin beds were ok they didn't even sleep in there. I had to go and buy garbage bags the owners said they was providing us with extra bags no tissue a lot of bugs. They comferters was old overall I won't stay there again!!
