House Rules

* No pets, parties, or smoking allowed.
* Cars should not be parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are
not allowed.
* Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
The temperature will not exceed 90°F and the heater will not work
in temperatures below 50°F.
* The attached spa can only be heated with the pool and does not have
jets.
* Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ grill after use and
refilling the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge applies if
grills are left uncleaned. Locked grills are not for guest use.
