The attached spa is not a hot tub and heats to the same temperature as the pool (maximum 90°F)

Heat exchange systems do not operate when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F
No refunds if desired temperature is not reached due to cold weather

Grill Information

Some homes may be pictured with a gas or built-in BBQ grill
Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and refilling propane if used
A $50 cleaning fee applies if grills are left unclean
Propane exchange tanks are widely available locally

If a grill is locked, it is not for guest use

Grill rentals can be arranged upon request
