* Pool heat must be requested 48 hours in advance; note that the
attached spa is not a hot tub and both will share the same
temperature.
* Pool heater works through heat exchange and may not be effective in
cold weather.
* Trash should be placed in plastic bins daily to maintain
cleanliness.
* Online purchases using USPS will not be delivered to the property;
use UPS, DHL, or FedEx instead.

to fix something or if extra cleaning is required.
