House Rules

* No pets, parties, or smoking are permitted.
* Parking is free, but please ensure cars are not parked on the grass
or blocking the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers,
buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed at Windsor Cay Resort.

Use of Amenities

* The pool heat is optional and must be requested 48 hours in
advance. The attached spa is not a hot tub, and it can only be
heated if the entire pool is heated. Pool temperature will not
exceed 90°F, and the heater may not function in temperatures below
50°F.
* If the grill is locked, it is not for guest use and belongs to the
homeowner. A rental grill can be arranged if desired.

Additional Information

* This is a self-catering home, and guests are advised to purchase
additional items from a nearby supermarket as needed.
* Trash should be placed in a bin daily.
* There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate;
mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
* Packages are only received from Amazon. Guests should ensure they
are present for the delivery of packages from other carriers, as
responsibility is not assumed for lost packages.
