Excellent house!

The house is very beautiful, Philip is very nice person, We misunderstood something in the house and he notified us immediately so we can fix it. We are very grateful and highly recommend renting here, as it is a very beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped house.

Host was awesome, quick replies. Most Mattresses were TERRIBLE, springs pushing out, creaky, very uncomfortable. Heating pool cost very high. Wifi intermittent at best. Live cockroach in the kitchen. The house was BEAUTIFUL! Well layed out, lots of space. Everything you need included. Seamless check in.

Good value, great space and lovely views.

Great instructions for check in, full kitchen and plenty of space for us all. Good WiFi. Generally only 20 mins to Disney (depending on any accidents en route) and 40 mins to universal. Great base for exploring west coast too. Pool is a welcome relief!

Spring Golfing Trip

House was as advertised. Pool/hot-tub was much appreciated after 18 hokes. Living space was spacious and comfortable. Location was convenient to publix and main routes. Will attempt to rent again next spring.

Served its purpose, but could be much better

I want to start with the things that our family liked about the house first. The home is in a nice area with close proximity to restaurants, a target, and the Disney parks which is convenient! It is very large with ample bedrooms and plenty of space for our family of 10 ten to be comfortable. The neighbors are nice, and the pond/lake is pretty and good for fishing. The pool area is also nice. Now for the things we were not so impressed with. Upon entering the home we were less than thrilled with the level of cleanliness throughout. The rug was (for a lack of better terms) gross enough for us to roll it up and store it elsewhere while we stayed there. The couches need to be deep cleaned. There was a build up of dust/grime throughout the house along the baseboards. Cobb webs in corners, dusty air vents, stained and dingey lampshades, the list goes on. The floors were so dirty that they turned the feet of our crawling baby black. We called the number provided and brought the lack of cleanliness to their attention and their response was pretty snarky and basically just said “well I cleaned it myself and it was clean when I left it this morning.” The house is in dire need of a DEEP professional clean. It is also in dire need of some updates and replacement of certain furnishings. The beds were absolutely awful, you could feel the metal springs protruding and stabbing you.

Met our needs despite lack of TLC

House needs a deep clean not just the surface. Dining room table and beds were loose, all beds old and very noisy, Master was OK. Spills on the couch, behind and underneath along with garbage. Same in all the bedrooms under beds, behind furniture, carpets stained. Stove not work proper, elements get hot then shut off, had to turn switch off and back on. What little cookware there is damaged,had to purchase pots and pans, coffee pot element was rusted. Fridge was wobbly. Upstairs bathroom tub has sign it was leaking not to use. The other tub the plug didn't work all kids had to use master's tub. Living room lamp sparked, light switches, plugs & covers (discolored and broken), light fixtures (rusty) dryer rusty. House too hot. Pool had green slimy film had to ask the pool cleaner to scrub it. Pool alarm on doors disconnected but a sign stating it’s the law must be working. Lots of ants in kitchen, bugs dead on floor. Eves plugged and leaking, some missing, downspouts in middle of yard when grass cut, they went around them. Area noisy with sirens constantly. I have rented many houses this one was the biggest disappointment. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with, I did let him know of the condition as he may be unaware,he apologized,said he was surprised, he has to place trust on management company to ensure the villa is kept in good standards. Many reviews state same issues, I'd be concerned, don't disbelieve tenant due to not saying anything before departure.

Not as expected...

The host was really nice and prompt with messages, BUT... It was very dated and needed a DEEP clean. No checklist posted for the exit process. Bath towels needed to be replaced: old and dingy. Couch was filthy...needed a deep clean. It could be a very nice house if maintained properly.

The property was located close to Disney and very convenient for the parks, there was an awful lot of police traffic in the area but we had no issues. The property could do with a little updating especially the mattered most of the guest found them uncomfortable. The owner excellent at responding and ensuring any quieter where managed. The management team were on hand and cleaned the pool several times while we were there. Overall this was a clean tidy property. There where just a few things I feel could have been “better” however this was very cost effective, the space was fantastic where 10 adults did not feel like we where on top of each other. Thank you.

Disney/Universal vacation

Overall decent house bed in master isnt a queen tho and same as the 2 full size upstairs and cant take the air conditioner any lower than 75 and thats just to hot to be really comfortable owner is very responsive and the management company was great to work with. Could use some updating on the beds they was a bit hard

Fantastic location

Villa was in a fantastic location, very close proximity to all major attractions We were very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I believe the photos in the listing don't do it justice at all, it exceeded our expectations Lovely neighbourhood and surrounding area is quiet, Great for families! Couple of things could do with updating but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely bear it in mind for future visits 😊

Philip I feel someone ( The Management company ) is taking advantage of you . I have run my own carpet / flood restoration Business for 21 years . I would much rather someone that was unhappy to tell before telling everyone !! In a lot of cases there is a reason . We get in late on the 10th because of flight delays around 9:45 first it was 83 degrees the A/C was set for 80 first thing I did was turn it down to 75 . I called the management company left a message . They did get back to me in about 10 min. I explained about the heat and asked if I could turn it down . They said it was set you would have to give the ok to lower it . But I would have to wait till the morning . I also told them about the pool being dirty they told me they would send the pool guy out in the morning . The house smelled of mold we looked around . 2 of the bedrooms smelled of B/O UNREAL !!. we started seeing hair around the tub and bugs in the corners . We turned the ceiling fans on in the bedrooms too cool the house down . We had to turn them off think dust on all the fans and the fans were vibrating so much we were scared they would fly off !!. walked into the garage musty smell and right be the door two mop buckets with dirty black MOPS IN THEM !!. I went to the washroom next to the garage and I was sitting watching ants come in and out of a hole in the wall next to the sink . Bugs / and hair in every corner of the house . As I herd my wife scream to walk out cockroaches

Overall it was a great house, enough rooms for everyone, big and has a lot of potential. Its time to replace some of the furniture in the house, some chairs had become loose and rather uncomfortable to sit in. we were afraid they would fall apart. But overall great time and beautiful house.
