Our Luxury 5 Bedroom home with private swimming pool will not disappoint. What makes our home stand out from the crowd? Its location, location, location, the comfortable furniture, the excellent LED HDTV’s from 60” to 32” Our Florida home is large and spacious (3,095 sq ft)

Highlands Reserve is a prestigious championship 18 hole (par 72) golf course, with Tennis courts, large communal swimming pool and children’s play park. The reserve is ideal for Golfers and non-Golfers alike

The advantages of the Highlands Reserve are numerous. It’s an ideal location to explore, situated a short distance from world renowned attractions.

Disney World is just 12 minutes away. There are many other International known theme parks and facilities in the area.
Our villa has a well equipped large kitchen where you will find everything you need from a coffee maker, to large appliances, electric cooker, dish washer, American refrigerator with ice-maker & drink dispenser.

Pool and Patio Area - We have provided 6 sun loungers and a patio table with 4 chairs for your comfort. For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided melamine crockery. A BBQ can be hired. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from October to March) paid for on arrival.

TV/Living Room - The living room has comfortable sofas to enjoy the benefits of our new wall-mounted 60' SMART HD TV together with a Blu-Ray DVD player.

Family Room - The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has leather sofas. For your entertainment, there is 50” HD LED TV and DVDs including some for the younger guests.

Master Bedroom - The exceptionally large master bedroom has a real luxury king size bed, ceiling fan, settee, 46' HD LCD TV wall mounted, The master en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC bathroom scales and hair dryer.

Queen Master Bedroom (Ground Floor)- This bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 32' wall mounted HD LCD/LED cable TV and walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom

2nd Queen Bedroom located on the 1st floor with an adjacent bathroom The bedroom also has built in wardrobe and a wall mounted 32” HD LED TV

Bedrooms 4 and 5 - There are two twin bedrooms, one with a girls theme and the other with a boys theme each have a 32' wall mounted HD LCD/LED TV. Each has ceiling fans and a built-in wardrobe.

Perfect for school aged children

The pool and the second entertainment room were key for school aged children! Everything was clean and worked well. Our only complaint was that the listing said there was an air hockey table in the game room, which was not the case.

Needs Serious Attention

We rented this house from Feb 20-March 6, 2021. When we pulled up to the house the mailbox (which was still decorated for Christmas) was open with mail spilling out. The welcome mat was worn and the landscaping looked as if it had been neglected for some time. Not a good first impression. There was a security alarm that was supposed to be disarmed upon entry, but we received error messages. We came to find from the owner that the alarm system needed to be repaired. Upon entry and discovering many, broken, neglected or dirty items we contacted the owner. He asked us to send him a list of problems and pictures. Problems included: pool light did not work so we could not swim at night, pool filter was not working correctly because there was not enough water in the pool, screen doors around the pool were broke, the screened in porch area around the pool was full of mold, the blinds in the living room and master bedroom were broken so badly that we felt our privacy could be in jeopardy. The sliding door out to the pool was very hard to open and myself and a couple of our guests injured their fingers and fingernails while trying to open and close it. The front door was also very hard to close. The coffee pot was filthy, the ice maker in the freezer was full of yellowed/brown ice, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed. The drawer on the oven was broke. There was mold around the master bathroom bathtub, a knob was missing from the dresser and the end table lamp shade was ripped in the master bedroom. Only 1 of the 7 TV's worked. Some of the remote control batteries were corroded and 2 of the TV’s did not have a cable box. We were in contact with Michael the owner many times during the course of our stay and he seemed concerned. While he tried from afar to rectify some of the problems, it did cut into our time that we had paid to rent his house. One afternoon we had to leave for hours while workers power washed the pool screen area and the driveway. Someone contacted us to fix the front door alarm and wanted entry inside the house. We were not comfortable with this because of Covid. We do not feel like our time we paid to rent this house should have been taken away because of repairs that should have been done before we got there. All in all we did enjoy the weather and the location. It is a shame that we spent so much money for our vacation to stay in a house in such disrepair and filth.
