Nice house but everything seemed run down and poorly maintained. Example, a few of the door knobs are coming apart and things like the drier hose was disconnected. The movie room will only take dvds and they do not have any on site so it’s kind of worthless. Oh, and only a few tvs actually work. You have to keep restarting the cable box and then hope it works. It was in a nice neighborhood and the hot tub felt great after a long day at Disney. This place could be 5 stars if they took care of it a little better.

The house was in disrepair when we got there. The house was trashed, tv box cables were stolen, upstairs ac didn't work trash everywhere. The owner called and had someone come clean the house. I had to take my children and grandchildren out to dinner costing me over 300. Someone came out and fixed the ac. The house wasn't ready until after 9 pm. The theater tv didn't with. The pingpong table was broken. All pool cues were broken. Someone brought tv cables after 11 pm. We made do during our stay. My children came from North Carolina and Virginia so we had no other options but wait. We had a great family time anyway. We left a day early as we were no longer comfortable there.

Beautiful Home

The house is stunning and modern - it was large enough to give everyone their space but still have everyone under the same roof. We opted for the heated pool - it took a day of our vacation to get up to useable temperature, but it did get warm. The cleaners of the property don't do it justice - we're assuming the owners hire a cleaning company - they left things out from previous renters that we found in drawers. They had "sanitized" paper notices on the toilets, but the toilets weren't clean. The remotes were missing backs and cables were missing in the media room so the movie theater wasn't usable. Some remotes didn't work the TV's in the room they were left in (they did number the rooms so maybe the cleaners didn't put the remotes back in the right room?) There were small ants in the kitchen - assuming they had a problem before we arrived as there was ant spray under the counter. Nothing big, but not something we expected. They have a portable ice machine, but we think that's because the water there is not the tastiest, so that may be why they aren't using the one built into the refrigerator. This was my first time using VRBO and maybe I was just nervous about spending 3k for a vacation home, but I expected more/better communication from the owner/company than what we received. I would have wanted more responses before a few days before we're supposed to arrive - as we paid 3 months earlier. We left the house cleaner than we received it. But still a very nice home.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay. There were enough beds and bathrooms for 8 adult males. Only issue was having to reset the cable box to watch sports on TV. But we fixed that ourselves.

Family vacation had a blast.

House was nice, just needs a little extra cleaning and attention to detail. Game room furniture was dirty needs to be replaced or chair covers. Not enough towels, towels that were there was worn and hard. Replace towels with white towels which can be bleached for sanitary purposes. Mattress in master 2 was too hard and bed too low. Pool needs to be maintained 2 times a week instead of once. Lost 2 days of pool time waiting on pool guy. Had to screen/clean pool constantly instead of enjoying it. Larry does an awesome job of taking care of concerns. Had a nice time and would stay again only if minor things are taken care of. Throw rugs need non slip backing on them.Cleaning crew needs to check pot/pans/dishes for cleaniness. Very nice house to stay at.

Great house for family reunion

House was great, lots of space to be together. There were enough dishes to make and serve dinner for a large group. Also enough seating for a large group to eat together. Lots of things for everyone to do in the house. We had never stayed off Disney/Universal property before. The commute wasn’t too bad. Our only concern was the beds. They beds and the pillows were uncomfortable. Everything else was GREAT.

Wonderful Disney Vacation

This house was in a great location and was everything we wanted. Spacious enough for our 11 guests. Kids loved the pool and clubhouse. I would definitely return!

Nothing short of amazing!

This home was well worth the money! Beautiful,quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the golf course. The heated pool and spa felt great! The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We had more than enough room for all of our guests. Communication with the owner and staff was great! The response time was awesome. I will definitely bring my family back and stay again. Thank you so much! My daughter’s sweet sixteen getaway was a huge success!❤️🎊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful Family Trip

We used this property for an extended family trip with 15 of us in varying age ranges. It was perfect for us! There was plenty of space, the kids (and adults) loved the pool and spa and the neighborhood was very nice. We reached out once about the pool Getty cloudy and there was someone there within a few hours to fix the situation. We had a great stay and would recommend this property for any groups needing a larger property.

Beautiful home close to Disney

Overall we all really enjoyed our stay at the home. It was easy to find (approx 15-20 mins to Disney depending on traffic). The check in was easy and instructions given were great. I would definitely pay the extra for pool and spa heat!! Especially with small kids. We had an issue with the air conditioner on the second floor not working which was fixed promptly by the next day. The home was clean, large enough for 7 adults and 6 kids to be comfortable for a week. Negatives: We all found the beds to be a little uncomfortable but nothing we couldn’t live with. Also there was not enough towels for the group of us (13). We were constantly washing towels. The dryer is terrible and takes forever to dry clothes. Also the bbq is quite outdated and needs to be replaced. My biggest complaint is the theatre room: it is very outdated equipment with only a dvd player available for movies. They have one movie there for you to use, but it doesn’t work (scratched). So bring DVDs if you have little ones wanting a movie night. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It was clean, great location/neighbourhood and the pool was fantastic!

The fact we payed $45 a day to heat the hot tub and pool and we could only do one at a time!!! We also paid $80 to use a bbq that only worked on one side! Limited towels for a large group! Coffe pot disnt work and toaster only worked on one side!! The dryer sucked! It took forever to sey clothes!

Small dinner event

This stay was really pleasant. I was able to do a nice catered dinner for a dear friends 50th birthday party. I must say the event was lovely. The house was a wonderful place to have as our location. The rooms were nice and clean. I was able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was wonderful pretty much fully stocked for whatever we needed besides our own food the TVs worked in every room. We were also able to enjoy the entertainment amenities, such as pool table, hot tub, and pool and the theater room.

Plenty of room!

Plenty of room for our group of 14. Very nice house, although it clearly has had some disrespectful renters in the past. Everything was clean, considering the size of the home and the amount of beds and bathrooms housekeeping had to get to in a short window. Property is in need of some thorough cleaning of some walls/baseboards/vents but overall house keeping did a great job. The pool maintenance was not to our standard and the owner was very responsive and had someone out right away. We really looked forward to the game room use for our teenagers but the pool cues were all broken as were the gaming controllers. That issue went unresolved. Otherwise communication was great and the 2 visits we received from maintenance personnel were pleasant. Would stay again.

Great pool and spa house!

This property is a great property if you're looking for a pool and spa, add'l fees for heating per day though like most places.The living room furniture is a bit worn and outdated (not like the picture). Pool area furniture is sturdy. Great for a family. Watch the stairs, I fell twice they are not carpeted & very slick. The theater room is amazing although was a little difficult to set up but did have an instruction manual. I liked that ea room had a tv which is a plus with a range of ages of kids. Kitchen utilities were adequate. Bring towels...they are very limited. Ac worked well throughout whole house except garage with pool table & fuseball table can get stuffy and hot. (Pool table sticks are pretty old and there are only like 3). Overall nice other than those challenges.

Retreat

The property was even better than pictured. If you need space for 16 people then you will have plenty of room. So much to do at the house and of course the surrounding area. The community Club House is a 5 minute drive and absolutely worth the visit. 5 minute drive to Interstate 4. We brought a group of young adults and they were able to have plenty to do and keep active. In the community their is a lighted playground, basketball court and closed in soccer field with artificial turf. So much fun. The home was very clean and the neighborhoods were well manicured. The A/C work perfectly and we were very comfortable. Everything at the home was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this property for your visit to the Orlando area.

Great value and location

We had 8 guys on a golf trip and enjoyed having individual bedrooms, the pool and hot tub. Great location that is close to everything and the price was very good for our stay. We did have some issues with the internet due to an outage in the area, but the manager got it corrected very quickly for us.
