Beautiful spacious fully-furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Double room occupancy. Will accommodate up to 4 guests per reservation.

Located close to the main road for easy access. Great for couples, honeymooners, business travelers, solo adventurers, families, friends, vacationers, and ONLY occupied by you and your guests (NOT SHARED).

By booking my home, you are agreeing to follow all house rules listing here and listed in the house or risk losing 100% of your deposit.

** So close to everything that you spend less time driving and more time having FUN **minutes to Disney world, Universal studio, sea world, and down town Orlando, OIA airport, Tennis sports complex lake nona ,sunrail train station, , convention center and shopping.

The town of Kissimmee is only 1-2 miles away.

Many golfing course available for the avid golfer in walking distance.

This listing follows CDC guidelines and the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every booking.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DRIVEWAY only. Garage not available. --- FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Driveway and roadside.

Home is fully equipped with FULL kitchen: microwave, coffee machine, cooking pots, utensils etc, stove (3 burner) refridgerator, living room, large glass dining room table. ( Dishwasher,fan, garage and the patio/ backyard is not included in the amenities)


** FULLY- FURNISHED, WELL- DECORATED -One *KING SIZE Bed and one QUEEN-SIZE available. I. Provide ONE SET of BED-LINENS per stay/bed and one sets TOWELS per guests per stay .
If one guest is booked then will have access to one bedroom.

Our stay was very nice and peaceful. Others have commented on the traffic but we barely noticed. If you read the description thoroughly and understand it's someone's home, not a condo, you'll be very satisfied. There were a few little things, but nothing of any concern. All in all, it worked for us, for the time we were there. Again, just make sure you read the outline.

Stay somewhere else

The house a/c unit was off when we came in, is too hot in Florida to have to come in to a hot place. We had 2 days where the water heater didn’t work properly and taking a cold shower is not what I do!! Also the beds are extremely high I’m 5’5 and the bed was up to my waist. You can hear traffic at night time while you try to sleep. The stove top is old we have to wait a while for it to come on . Make sure to let her know if you are going to be at the house if you have 5 and if you need the 3rd room if you don’t let her know you will be charge xtra per day per person!!

Colleen is a really nice lady . And she was on time for check in . We were late because I didn’t realize that the rental car clock never got changed after the time change. But she waited for us patiently .

In the middle of everything

I had to make a emergeny booking for a soccer tournament, and the host went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family had a place to stay. The hosue is well maintained and clean, with all the amenities that you would need for a vaction home. Check in and check was simple and easy, and our host get a A+ for communication. I Will difinatly book this house again if its avaliable.

The property was listed as 3 bdrm 2 bath..after we had traveled 1,300 miles an the owner had ALL our money she locked us out of the master bdrm an a bath. We could not use the back sliding door that we had to go out front door go around the house an go through the gate to use back yard...there were notes EVERYWHERE ...temperture varied from mid 40's to mid 80's but we were not allowed to touch thermostat
