Vacation in Paradise

Our home is a wonderful escape in tropical Florida located near Disney in a gated community. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, and a game room. The couch in the front room can be converted into an additional bed if needed. The pool and spa tub (not a "hot" tub) are right out the back door and provide an excellent way to end the day. We find the reception center to the resort a nice change of spa. With a large pool, game room, theater, mini golf course, basketball court and Tiki bar for a little dinner or drink. The resort in conveniently located to many restaurants and stores (a Wal-Mart is less than 5 minutes away ).

My family had an amazing experience. The house was spectacular. The kids had a lot to do even when we arrived hours before we were able to check in our family went to enjoy the tiki bar and pool in the gated community. The house was very clean and plenty of bedding and towels for the pool area. The kids loved going into the pool. Our whole family was able to splash around or sit on the side lines. I especially loved how the pool was gated and the whole pool area was screened in. Both sets of couches were extremely comfortable and the beds were also comfortable. There was a Walmart about 5 to 10 minutes away and Aldi which was right across from Walmart. The host was really friendly and on top of answering my silly questions. The kids love the pool table and the football game. Overall, the house was a 10 out of 10. I would recommend this house and even plan to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Home

What a wonderful place to stay with family. The house is huge with pleanty of rooms and beds for everyone. The pool is a great place to undwind. Neighboorhood is quiet and safe. A true resort feel. The host is communicative and kind! I definitely recommend.

A lovely spacious house in a great community.

The property offers light and airy accommodation on a resort close to all the attractions with a clubhouse on site.The hosts’ communication before and during our stay was excellent and the property management team were helpful and responsive.For the sake of balance, I will mention the following:Although well cleaned, the house did appear grubby in places due to the tired decor and worn furniture in some rooms. We had a number of issues with items that were broken but the hosts arranged replacements straight away.The house is very big and would comfortably accommodate a large party. That said, the pool area is quite tight by comparison and wouldn’t, in my opinion, suit more than six people.The mattress in the downstairs master does need replacing but was okay for a short stay.We really enjoyed our stay and thank the hosts for their support during our stay.

Need larger soap bars. Comforters need cleaning. Rooms upstairs very hot needed to be cooler. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned. The water is not drinkable.

Great place, but couldn’t use the pool

The house is very spacious, which it was great for my family members. The host is very responsive. Good location. Unfortunately, We chose this house with pool due we wanted to use it, but the pool’s water was always green during our staying, not suitable for us to take a bath. Also, house requires more cleaning on ceiling fans.

Overall good other than the pool being green.

Everything was I was expected! The pool was green, we ran into the pool cleaners, though who are super friendly and did tell us that it was safe to go in, it was just taking a while for them to balance the numbers. We decided to use community pool since it was so close And very nice. Overall worth it for the price.

House was well stocked. Walmart was close by and the location to the Disney parks was perfect! The pool was an amazing way to relax after a long day at the parks!

Listing is not accurate

The house is very old: popcorn ceilings, old spring mattresses that were very uncomfortable, blinds kept out no light, mold in the shower. The hot tub is not hot. Be forewarned after paying for extra to have it heated the owner told me he will only heat it to 92 degrees at best. They also charge you money to park in the neighborhood which the listing does not disclose. The house is quaint and clean. Checkin process was very easy. The tv was very old and not even streaming so bring your own streaming device if you want to watch tv. There are other houses we have stayed in the area that were so much better. I would highly recommend moving on this one but buyer beware.

Our stay was awesome, the host was and is very responsive and was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay! My only disappointment was some of the pictures on the listing didn’t match what the actual house looked like. But aside from that everything else was great, would definitely book again!

Great Home

This was a great home for our extended stay in Kissimmee. Check in was very slick. The owner was very supportive and responsive. Pool at the house was great and the community pool at the resort clubhouse was a great spot with a tiki bar! Beds were very comfortable.

The house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom for the group. The location was great cental to everything we needed (walmart, walgreens, restaurants, Old Town). The communication with the hostes Mike and Penny were fantastic. They answered our emails immediately. Once again thank you Mike and Penny for a wonderful vacation!

Nice family space

We had a great time everything was great other than the management co. Never cleaned pool we only were able to swim in it one time till it turned green ,we swam alot in the resort area we enjoyed going there which was only a 3 min walk. i called for a vaccumm for pool and a broom to sweep the house up during the week management never called back

A True Private Gem!

This home had everything that was listed and more the communication and information book was so informative and detailed. Michael also answered any questions we had Also it sat in a beautiful gated community. This home is a definite gem , This is our yearly get a way if Michael has any availability for us. A home away from home IF I had a fabulous indoor hot tub and pool.😊
