Screened in private inground pool with spa. Free Pool and spa heat at standard temps (pool 87 deg) (spa 102 deg). A daily fee of $25 will be required to heat the spa and pool above standard temps.

There's also a loft game room area with a pool table and karaoke. Corn hole boards to use kept on patio. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi Internet access.

Perfect for large families

The house was perfect for our family of 11. It was equipped with everything that we needed. The owners were pleasant and very responsive. They also provided all necessary details needed prior check in. We are already looking forward to staying at this property again.

Perfect for large families!

Our group of 6 had a great time here! Location was perfect, close to everything you need but in a quiet area. Well stocked, clean, and great communication. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

Tony and Tina's property was the perfect house for our lowkey bachelorette trip. The house was very spacious and allowed fit 8 girls comfortably. The location is close to Disney property as well as shopping (grocery, Walmart, etc.) making it very convenient. I highly recommend staying here!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and has something for everyone, from the five year old to the fifteen year old to the parents to the grandparents. It was extremely easy to get to Disney World. You can’t go wrong with this place and the hosts were very gracious and helpful.

The location is very close to Disney and places to shop. The house has everything that’s listed in working order except the light in the pool. The owner said she had already set aside time to fix it. I was hoping to rent it again but it was booked for the week we needed. I’ll be trying to book this property in the future.

Beautiful home on quiet & mature tree-lined street

This 2-story home is a beautiful and practical layout for a large family. Arriving through the security gate is a comforting feature, and the shade cover of the large trees lining the private street gives such an attractive feeling to it, not what we expected in Florida. The backyard patio and pool is completely screened in, we loved it. The owners keep the home well maintained and were helpful with our questions.

Amazing Home!!

The home was super clean and the owner’s were wonderful. Everything in the home was exactly as pictured. The home owner’s thought of everything. Prior to arriving, I was sent a list of exactly how to work things in the home, what was provided, and direct phone numbers to them if we had any questions or needed anything. I will 100% rent this home again for a Disney vacation soon! It is also located in the heart of everything. We were a group of 6 there for a veterinary convention but the house was so relaxing and nice that we had a very hard time leaving the home to go to the convention!!

Perfect Getaway! Close Disney World!

We loved this home! The house was very clean when we checked in. There was plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very tastefully decorated. It was a delight to stay here. The bedrooms were nice and large. The children's rooms were decorated very well with Mickey Mouse in one and Nemo in the other. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and could have needed.

Excellent home base for our Disney stay. The theater room was terrific for unwinding on the nights we didnt close the park down. And the hot tub got used every evening after the kids went to sleep. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.

The property is very well maintained, clean,spacious and beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable. The host answered any questions that I had very cheerful and accommodating. The house is equipped with anything needed for an infant or toddler. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything needed to make meals. The pool is heated.My family loved the theater room even enjoyed making popcorn in the provided popcorn machine. This house is a winner.

Fantastic Disney Staycation

For a large family this venue was excellent. Pool and spa were great for unwinding, three king beds allowed the adults great sleeping arrangements and the theater was fun place as well. We will be returning at some point. Thanks for being great hosts.

Great stay for a quick Disney weekend!

We tagged along on a work trip to Orlando to have some fun in the sun and a day at the Disney parks. This house was perfect for both! We had 2 families with kids aged 4-9. There was plenty of space to spread out, and so many activities for the kids! We spent a day at the parks, and the rest of the time at the house playing games, swimming, and shooting pool. The house was close to everything, super clean, and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again next one we are in Orlando.

Fabulous and Caring Hosts - Terrific Location to Parks

Tina and Tony are amazing and caring hosts. Checked on us throughout Milton predictions. House is terrific location to all the parks (15 min). House has lots of amenities & entertainment that we got to take advantage of on days parks were shut down. Thank you, Tina and Tony
