Guest Access:
Parking:
• The home ’s driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the Oasis Clubhouse—overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please note: trailers, RVs, boats, and oversized vehicles are not permitted within the resort.
Property Access:
• You’ll have full private access to the home, including the swimming pool, games room, and movie theater lounge.
• Guests will enter ChampionsGate Resort via the 24-hour manned security gate. Upon check-in, you’ll be greeted by a security guard—just provide your reservation name for seamless entry.
Resort Access:
As our guest, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, featuring:

Please Notice: The Pickleball Courts at 8955 Clifton Draw Drive will be closed from Tuesday, August 5th through Thursday, August 7th, 2025 for improvements. It will be installed new fencing and resurfacing three of the four court corners to enhance your playing experience. We appreciate your understanding

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
