We are centrally located in the secure, gated community of Tuscan Hills in Davenport Florida.

Close to all the magic but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist district, we are a short drive to endless major attractions. Conveniently situated on US 27, you are around the corner from US Highway 192 and a short drive to US Interstate 4.
This makes Sunshine Bungalow the perfect choice for fans of World-Famous Theme Parks, Award Winning Golf Courses, Spectacular Beaches, Amazing Malls and Retail Outlets and an endless selection of quality restaurants and bars.

Our location provides easy access to essential amenities like a 24hr Super Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, and lots of local options for takeaway. Everything is just a short drive away!

We feature a gorgeous private, screened-in south facing pool & spa with a 52” smart enabled TV angled just right so you can watch all your favorite sports and movies right from the pool!
Safety is our top priority so you will find lots of fun, glass-free drinking and dining options for both kids and adults.

Our large, covered lanai is the perfect shady retreat for kicking back with cold sweet tea on one of the many sunny Florida days.

And should those gorgeous sunsets tempt you to stay in for dinner, enjoy Alfresco dining on the outdoor dining table featuring 2 spinning, glass free serving trays for easy access to tasty treats!

The pool deck comes equipped with child proof fencing for safety and peace of mind.

We recommend adding pool heating during winter months, November 1st through March 30th so there’s one less thing to have to worry about on vacation, this is an additional $35 a night.

Our chef kitchen features high-end, stainless-steel appliances with plenty of cookware and bakeware!

This bright and clean space offers a U-shaped kitchen and a raised breakfast bar, so the cook never misses out on the entertainment.

Enjoy the high-end Samsung fridge that offers filtered water on demand.
We provide both an electric and stove top kettle to suit your tea preference and the large capacity coffee maker is programable so you can enjoy a fresh cup of ‘wake up juice’ to start your day.

The walk-in pantry offers plenty of storage for all your self-catering foods and supplies. For your convenience, guests will be provided with a Supply Starter Kit (see below for details).

Dining Room features a buffet & bar with a wide assortment of drink and dinnerware for a guaranteed good time. We offer all the extras including fun fruit coasters, extra serving platters, chip & dip platters as well as all the bar tending tools necessary to make that perfect martini! We have an ice bucket to keep the bubbly cold for all celebrations.

Living Room features a buttery leather sectional and Italian leather swivel chairs from which to enjoy uninterrupted views of the vaulted open concept space and the gorgeous sunsets overlooking the pool.

Maintain perfect comfort with cozy blankets found in the leather ottoman and easily adjust the huge ceiling fan and lighting options using the remote control and dimmers provided. The 52” smart enabled, flat screen TV allows you to enjoy all your favourite streaming apps and you will find the Wi-Fi password on a sign beside the TV, so you don’t have to go searching and lose that comfy spot!

Master Bedroom Suite with King sized comforts!

This modern king size bed is equipped with USB ports and has a remote controlled, adjustable bed base allowing you flexible comfort options.
This huge room comes equipped with a private, dedicated work desk overlooking the pool. Enjoy your own private pool entrance and kick back with a 46” smart enabled TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, dimmable lighting options and digital alarm clock with plenty of USB ports for all your gadgets.
The HUGE attached master bathroom ensuite features his & hers sinks, dedicated laundry basket, walk-in shower with bench seating, dual shower head with handheld options and a large soaker tub.
The private water closet features access to the pool deck making it the perfect convenience for families.

Second Master Suite
Our second ensuite features a huge bed, large smart tv, variable speed fan, digital alarms, USB and traditional outlets along with luxurious bed linens.

The adjoining bathroom features a bath / shower combo

Twin Suite

Our twin suite features a pottery barn feature bed that the kids are going to love, we also feature a twin bed in the room. The room features a Smart TV, all linens and ample storage space in drawers and closets.

Our second twin offers a further pottery barn bed and additional sofa which can convert into a further double size bed upon request. This space features ample clothes storage in closets and drawers. A smart TV is located within the room! Your Kids are going to love these two rooms!!

Your comfort matters to us! We provide all the extras to make your stay your way.
Guest access
You will be able to access all aspects of the home with the exception of our garage.
There is parking on our drive for two standard cars / truck or SUV.

Other things to note
Prior to your arrival, we will reach out to you and provide you with gate access for the community along with codes for the home itself!

There is a key card featured within the home that will allow you access to the small gym within the Tuscan Hills complex.

Driving Distances from Tuscan HIlls to the Orlando Theme Parks

We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the journey to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

Magic Kingdom - 15 miles
Epcot - 15 miles
SeaWorld - 21 miles
Universal Studios - 24 miles

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for everyone.

There is also a Chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.
