Step into Windsor Island Retreat, a beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in the desirable Windsor Island Resort. This modern home features an open floor plan with a bright living area, comfortable sofa, and TV, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, a breakfast bar for four, and a dining table for six, making mealtime a delight.

Upstairs, a loft area with a sofa and TV provides an additional space to unwind. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed: a first-floor king bedroom with a full bathroom, two twin bedrooms with Pink Mountains and Astronaut décor, a king bedroom with a private bathroom, and a queen bedroom with a private bathroom.

Outside, enjoy your screened-in private splash pool with four sun loungers and a relaxing patio area. Modern furnishings, thoughtful layout, and access to Windsor Island Resort amenities make this townhome the perfect blend of comfort and style for your Florida getaway.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Amazing location

This property hosted 3 couples and 2 children. It was very spacious with access to the amenities of the community. A Starbucks and Publix were a quick drive too. We went to Disney and Universal too. The gate was awful

Fantastic resort

I’ll start with the only negative. Only one lane at security booth to take care of all the people checking in. When we got there our names were not on the guest list. I had to call emergency number and they had to register me. A little time consuming and stressful. The property was clean and very nicely decorated. Had plenty of towels for all 4 bathrooms and plenty beach towels. Location was great, only 25 minutes to Disney properties. The pool and recreation area was fantastic. My oldest grandson spent most of his time on water slides. Much larger than anticipated. My youngest grandson and I spent most of our time on lazy river. Everyone enjoyed the pools, video game room(games are free!!) and miniature golf which is also free, Great drink and food menu. Food prices were good, nice to unwind there after 2 days at Disney, would highly recommend. Next time I would wait a couple hours past checkin time to miss some of congestion at checkin.

The area was nice and the home was nice

The only problem the we have was the check in, the line was ridiculous, only 3 people to check a big line.
