5 Stars - We have stayed in Windsor Hills a few times, but this was by far our favorite stay. Our townhome was perfect in every way. Clean and comfortable, it really felt like home. It was gorgeous and beautifully kept.

5 Stars - Beautiful, exceptionally clean townhouse!
We have stayed at many townhouses in Windsor Hills, and this one was the best - by far! It was so clean and everything felt fresh. We had everything we needed - we can’t wait to stay here again!

5 Stars - Very clean. A great town home. We really appreciated that there was no fee to heat the pool. Loved the huge screen TVs.

We want you and your family to make wonderful memories, have everything you need, and be comfortable.

Spend the day at the parks or the pool and then relax in your 3 bed, 3 bath town home with private splash pool. Pool heat included! (a $20 a day value)

In your town home there is a brand new, fully stocked kitchen, and the master bedroom has a new bed with high quality bedding for a great night sleep. There is free wifi and new smart tvs throughout including a 70" in the living room for a family movie night or the big game, and a 65" in the master bedroom.

Your family will love this place! Windsor Hills Resort is a top rated, gated community, with resort amenities including pool, water park, resort activities, a playground, arcade, pool bar and grill, marketplace, putting green, tennis courts, shared bbq grills. And its all 5 minutes from Disney. You can't beat the location. There are restaurants, stores and the new Margarita Resort all within a 10 minute drive. Disney is just down the road, as is I-4 for access to Tampa or Daytona.

Many guests choose Windsor Hills year after year because of its family friendly atmosphere, amenities and location. We hope you enjoy your stay so much, that you make this townhouse your new home away from home.

We do provide: Starter kit (trash bags, dishwasher tabs, soap), fully stocked kitchen, beach/pool towels, pool noodles, children's books and coloring books, night lights in every bathroom, Zero water filter, 12 cup coffee maker, single cup Kuerig, small smoothie blender, set of plastic dishes, set of china dishes, blow dryers, ironing board/iron.

We do not provide- strollers, high chairs, or safety gates for the littlest guests.

We have very high standards and this townhome exceeded them! It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable which was great at the end of long days in the parks. The space was perfect for our family! The owner communicated very well and made the process effortless. She even gave us a hint for a backroad to the Disney property and saved us time in traffic. We have already shared the info with a few friends and we will be back!

Gorgeous property, furnishings to a high standard and well maintained. Excellent location for Disney parks. Resort had great facilities. Host was very helpful and responded immediately when I contacted. My husband left his AirPods on the last day, I contacted the host who got in touch with the cleaner and we were able to collect them before heading to the airport. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Excellent property. Clean and well equipped with more than enough space for a family of 4. We got lots of use out of the pool (great temperature) and also used the clubhouse pool a couple of times. Windsor Hills was a great location - everything at Disney could be reached in about 15 minutes and loads of restaurants and grocery stores even closer.

Amazing stay!

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills Complex a few times but this was by far our favorite stay. Our townhome was perfect in every way. Clean and comfortable, it really felt like home. It was gorgeous and beautifully kept. Situated on a quiet block but still walking distance to main pool area. Everything was great- I always book based on reviews and this place had great reviews. It was incredibly clean, well stocked, great location, comfortable beds (that’s a big one for us) - I have zero complaints, and had zero issues staying 6 nights. We felt right at home.

Amazing 2 weeks!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. Tons of space, private pool, all the amenities you'd expect off property in Disney/Universal land. The property is incredibly well kept, and I've stayed at several of these Windsor Hills locations previously. Linda was very communicative, flexible and responsive prior to our trip, and while we didn't need her on site, we knew she'd get back if we did. Couldn't ask for a better stay, and I will stay with Linda again for sure and recommend this property to my friends and family in the future.

Fantastic townhouse

Really enjoyed the property, seemed larger than I expected and lives up to the photos. Kids loved the pool. Linda was responsive and helpful throughout. Even provided details of space launches due when we were there.

We stayed at the condo to visit Disney World which was about 10 minutes away. The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The booking process and check in was very easy! I would stay there again and again!

Excellent Stay

One of the cleanest short term rentals we have ever stayed in! We are Disney Annual pass holders that live out of state, so we travel quite often & this one was top tier. Windsor Hills is always an enjoyable stay, but the host & the home are spectacular. We had a slight issue at check in (arrived late, door code not working) but the host took care of us as soon as possible. I can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic!!!!

The townhouse was immaculate, well furnished and very organized. The kitchen had new high end appliance and well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots/pans. We cannot say enough positive things about the owner! She made us feel so welcome in addition to being extremely helpful and responding quickly to any of our questions. I would give our overall experience 10++++ stars. Many thanks to her!!!!

Excellent location and property was awesome!

Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was about 10-15 minutes from Disney and the property was very well maintained. Only recommendation would be some sort of lock on the garbage bench as we had some issues with raccoons ripping open the garbage bags.

Memorable stay

From the moment of booking to the moment of checking out, Linda was always available to ask any questions and provide guidance on things/places to do and go to. She even let me know that Space X was launching a shuttle and advised me to watch it on YouTube (provided the link) and then to just step outside the house and look to the right! It was quite an experience for my kids. They truly enjoyed it. The house is exactly as pictured and the amenities are great. The pool at the back is definitely an added feature that we used in the afternoon. The main pool with the slides were great! The basketball court and tennis courts were fun too! Rental was $5 for 3 hours , can’t go wrong with that. I will definitely stay here next time we are in Orlando! It’s also super close to shops, supermarkets, the parks and other activities around town!

Perfect Spot For Disney Trip

My family normally stays on Disney property when we visit, but decided to go off property to do a last minute, short trip to Disney over the 4th. Linda’s place is PERFECT for a Disney trip. Very close to the parks - we were able to come back to the house in the middle of the day and take a break when we wanted and didn’t feel like we were driving much. It is very clean. Newer appliances. A/C that worked very well in the heat of the summer. Check in was super easy. Beds comfortable…. Can’t say enough and I’m generally a tough critic. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

The condo was very clean. The pool was perfect for down time after daytime activities. The property owner was very responsive. The location was a close drive to the parks. Everything you could ask for on a family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and comfortable

Cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Great size and perfect location to Disney and other activities. My only complaint was with the community, even though my guests had a pass to enter they were told they are not on list and did not allow them to enter.

Family Vacation

We spent 9 days here. Linda was easy to work with when I needed to change our stay from 7 to 9 days. The condo is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The beds and new livingroom set are very comfortable. Location is perfect- took about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Disney (Animal & Magic Kingdom) and about 20 (have to get on the highway and that can be a little congested) to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, & SeaWorld. The kids loved having their own pool and we spent a day at the community pool. The kids rated it a 10 out of 10. And I hope this unit is available when we plan our next trip.

Fabulous!

We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills many times and this property was by far the cleanest and best decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and everything looked like it was new! Linda was an amazing host and was super helpful when we needed her. My kids appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was the perfect amount of space for my family. We headed to the Disney parks and we were at the gate in less than 10 minutes. The location is perfect for restaurants and shops too. We just loved our time at Windsor Hills. It’s clean, quiet and convenient.
