Very clean! Very private! Close to restaurants & shopping. Approx 45 min to One hr drive to Attractions.it is tiny, but a great get-a-way for two. Refrig & freezer very small too.A/C window unit is in bedroom & also has a small space heater.Would rent again but probably not in the heat of summer, or dead of winter.

Very close to so many things. Great Location. Very private, great hosts! Very attentive and good communication. Clean and quaint. Only negatives are: 1. window AC in bedroom only and fan in kitchen/living space. The air didn’t reach into the whole house very well. I had to work “from home” a couple days and it became a little uncomfortable in the afternoon. 2. Bathroom is so small my big butt can’t bend over to dry off without hitting something! LOL. I also hit my head on the wall across from the toilet when I went to sit on it! Hahahahhaa. (It is a tiny house after all but just fair warning. It is indeed tiny.). All in all, I absolutely loved my 2 weeks here and would recommend!

This experience was not a good one. First off the host should alert client that there is a big chicken pen next to the property. Secondly, the AC unit was only in room made loud noise. The kitchen area was hot. Thirdly, the unit must not be up to code. There was a loud boom like the electrical panel blew up or something and we stayed without electricity. No flashlights available or candles. The owner sent a message stating Duke energy sent a power outage alert and when I questioned if it was isolated to there house the owner never responded. I informed them I would be calling Duke energy to determine the cause. I truly believe the unit is not properly wired to sustain people living and using multiple ports. Lastly, you don’t have secure internet at the router is not even on the rental property. Please beware someone can die of potential electrical outage in the unit.

Stayed here with my husband for our honey moon. I actually left something in the cottage and the host was so sweet and let us come back the next day to retrieve the item. Great stay. Very cozy. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice but a little misleading

Animal droppings, dead bugs, dirty counters, food in the sink, and the shower wall was dirty upon arrival. Some of the photos are misleading. Small mini fridge and a full bed not a queen. Ac unit leaks on the bed causing it to be wet. Great location and nice other than those things.

Super cute

The only main gripe is, no oven but I understand since it is indeed a tiny home, and then the coffee pot was a miss. Single serve is a bit inconvenient but we made it work. Super cute overall, and we loved the resident chickens

Felt like home

I very much enjoyed my stay in the cottage located in my childhood neighborhood while visiting family. It had everything I needed for my week long visit. I very much appreciated the fresh eggs and coffee options after getting in late with no time to shop for groceries. The chickens helped me stay on schedule to get to my daily activities scheduled with family. This will definitely be my new go to spot when visiting Orlando.
