Come relax, spend quality time with your kids and grandkids, and soak up the warm Florida sunshine!

This exciting large open home features 4 king master bedrooms (3 on the ground level), each with private baths and TVs. 3 kids themed bedrooms feature enchanting decor and beds as well as built-in closet shelving and themed bath rooms. A stroller, high chairs, crib, pack n play and baby gates are provided.

The large gourmet kitchen in the center of the home is fully equipped and allows you to prepare any type food for both indoor our outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. The outdoor screened area features a heated pool with FREE pool heat, baby pool, splash pad and hot tub, as well as dining tables and lounge chairs for you to enjoy the fabulous Florida weather. A themed home theater with 10 theater-style chairs and an 80-inch smart TV provides the ideal place for family movies. Finally, a fully equipped laundry room with makes your stay a pleasure.

The home is located in Formosa Gardens Estates, a quiet, secure, gated and walled community of upscale homes located only 3 miles from Walt Disney World. In addition, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and a walk-in clinic are within minutes of this enchanting escape.

This house was wonderful for our family of 13. Adults and kids were pleasantly surprised that the house was just as described. We enjoyed the theater room and used the pool daily. The drive to the Disney parks was easy and we were there in minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Yes the host was amazing. The amenities for the most part were good. There was only one dish towel and no cookie sheets which made food prep hard. Little kitchen items like that makes a difference.

First of all the hosts were very helpful with all our questions and help with information befor arrival.But on arriving at the property it was evident that it was very tired, the cleanliness was not the best and the sofa was very uncomfortable and practically unusable ( was being replaced the day we left).We couldn’t use the splash pad because bits of the surface were coming away and the black colour rubbed off on the children’s legs. The level of cleanliness was not very good, when you moved anything it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for some time, we even found a pair of sandals at the end of one of the beds. We were inundated with bugs in some of the rooms, (see photo and video), we told the owner but nothing was done, then on the 5th day of our stay we came down with a very virulent sickness and diarrhoea virus. Then on the day we were leaving a group of men turned up with a replacement sofa, asking if they could come in as we were trying to pack up to leave, consequently under pressure a few things were forgotten.Don’t get me wrong, it is a lovely property in a great area, but it certainly is very tired and needs to be updated.

We booked a very large family trip 14 of us! Youngest was 1 and the oldest being 77 we can’t say enough about the space and the accommodations, so close to Disney and surrounding parks, easy in and out access, close to grocery and gift shops. We felt safe and secure with such a large party in the gated community. The splash pad was a hit as well as the pool! Very recommended!

Fantastic!

This property was everything it promised. The children adored the decorations and sleeping in the character beds. And the movie theater was a huge hit every evening after the parks. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The drive to the Disney parks was easy and close. This property is ideally located. The adults enjoyed the well appointed master bedrooms and kitchen. And we were very appreciative of the pool alarm system since we were traveling with little ones. We cannot heap enough praise on this property. Elsa’s house was perfect!

The house more than met our expectations! The communication from the owners and property management was easy and quick! It had all the amenities we needed. The pool area was a great place to hang out and catch our second wind before going back into Disney. The location is centrally located to shopping as well as Disney. 15-20 minutes to any park and this was a busy week. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!!!

Family vacation

The house was really nice. Plenty of room for the 13 of us. The kids loved the rooms, pool and splash pad. There was a little grass growing on splash pad edge but it didn’t bother them. Called management about oven not working and door handle on microwave. They were very nice and oven was working when we got back to house. Microwave still needed repair but it was useable. All in all it was perfect for us . Good neighborhood, super close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely rent again.
