The second-floor loft adds another gathering space with a large sectional, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, wet bar, and balcony access.

When it's time to recharge, the home offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, including four king bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen beds, and two bedrooms with four full beds each. Themed bedrooms add an extra layer of fun, with TVs, game consoles, and Sony VR headsets. Kids can also explore the home's custom indoor treehouse with slides, life-size dollhouse, themed hidden room, and imaginative spaces designed for adventure.

Platinum Reunion Resort Membership also provides access to resort amenities including the water park, 11 pools, three signature golf courses, tennis, restaurants and bars, fitness facilities, shuttle services, and children's activities, subject to availability and applicable fees.

For added convenience, the home includes two full-size washers and dryers, and daily housekeeping is available upon request.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
