Stunning 5 Bed Townhome - Recently refurbished with $20,000 of improvements

This amazing townhome has recently been upgraded by the new owner to make it an even more impressive vacation rental. Over $20,000 was spent to upgrade beds, mattresses, all linen, towels, decor and many of the appliances.
The home is completely modern and updated to impress any traveler to the area.
The children will be wowed by the stunning Avengers loft/game room and the themed Toy Story and Harry Potter bedrooms.
If all that wasn`t enough, the home is just 100 yards from the clubhouse.

The resort of Windsor at Westside has amazing amenities to use at no cost!
Our neighborhood features great shopping and dining options just on the main road. The newly built Margarita Ville offers additional great new restaurants and even a Dine In Cinema, Live music during the weekends and much more! Newly built great big water park H2O is a hit for all ages!

Nice property!

Stayed here for Summit and a Disney getaway. House was perfect size for our shared families needs. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house and the home is a short walk to the waterpark/pool area. The waterslides are perfect for younger kids and lazy river enjoyable for older, there are many other activities on grounds as well. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen but would say the pans should be updated because they seemed worn/well used, not a complaint though. House is nicely decorated & was clean. There were enough bath towels & pool towels available. The only tricky thing at first was the gate/code bc the gps will take you to the wrong place but was easy to figure out. Our code didn’t work initially but Stani responded immediately and fixed it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Spacious, Clean House for Families

This house was perfect for our family’s vacation. There were 7 of us total and we each had plenty of space. The kids’ bedrooms have really fun themes and the two master suites were very tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen is huge and there were enough utensils and supplies for cooking. The outside space is what really sold us on this property since there’s a huge outdoor couch and chaise lounges so everyone can relax outside (huge pet peeve when houses have a patio with a pool but only like one or two chairs). There’s also a full sliding glass door between the outdoor couch and the living room so people can hang out outside and still communicate with people that are inside. The house was probably the cleanest vacation house we’ve rented, which was very much appreciated. Stani was super responsive and communicative, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Summit 2024

We rented this nice town home for Summit 2024. Our family enjoyed the stay & the condo was nice and clean. It was a little further than we expected from ESPN, but no fault but our own for not checking 1st.

We really loved this property. The layout was great and it was nice and clean. It seemed to have everything we could possibly need as well. I appreciated that there was more than one king bed and my son loved the bunk bed.

Girls Time a Success!! Great time for All

My friends and I LOVED the stay. The townhome was nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials. The property was just as it appears online, spacious and well maintained. There was Plenty of space for us to enjoy time laughing and enjoying each other but also space for us to sit in solitude. The neighborhood is beautiful. When I reached out for assistance for a couple of minor things, tv remote needed batteries, the response was almost immediate!! Within an hour things were taken care of. Centrally located enough to eating/shopping but far away enough from the tourist traffic… I’d definitely recommend!!! BTW the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Loved it! Thank you for making our girls trip one for the books

The lodging were excellent. Had a little trouble with the lock, but I solved the problem. On Monday, the 24th, the trash was not picked up and so remained until after our departure on the 25th.

Just what we needed and more

Look no further as this townhouse is perfect. Great location. Pool was awesome after a day at the parks. Very very clean and I am a bit of a clean freak and would definitely rent here again. Overall a great time was has by all.

Wonderful Stay in Sunny FLA

Great house in great location. My family felt very comfortable during our trip to Fla. place was super clean and everyone having their own bathroom made this the perfect getaway. We will definitely be staying again in the near future. Just a heads up if coming in later in the evening watch out for the pool right behind the gate . I took an unexpected early swim checking in . But the pool was very comfortable 🤣

Cleanest House Ever!

We loved our stay at this place! I’m a clean freak and it was spotless! The check-in process was super simply and all directions given by the owner were very clear! The house is also a quick drive to Disney World and other fun places around the Orlando area! Very convenient. When we make another trip to FL, we will be definitely staying here again.

Family Thanksgiving trip
