ABOUT THIS HOME:

Reunion's newest development of townhomes overlooks the Jack Nicklaus driving range and the 18th hole of this signature golf course. The location is just a short stroll from the clubhouse which offers a pro shop, gymnasium, bar, and restaurant with spectacular views from the terrace.

As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open sunlit floor plan with elegant and modern furnishings including a comfortable sleeper sofa and two accent chairs. The six-seat dining table and the three-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. A private patio with a six-seat table and two patio chairs is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation.

On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional king-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin-sized beds. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs and a shared family bathroom.

NEXT STEPS:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort's website, you will receive a rental agreement from Jeeves Florida rentals. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to Jeeves Florida Rentals to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Jeeves Florida Rentals (the company): In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company's control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company's liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
