The Space:

Step into this spacious and inviting two-story vacation home nestled in the exclusive, gated Terra Verde Resort. The first floor opens with a cozy bonus bedroom featuring a daybed, TV, and workspace—perfect for relaxing or catching up on remote work. Continue through to the open-concept layout where the formal dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite counters, and everything you need to cook for the whole family.



The kitchen flows into a bright and airy living room with plush seating, a large TV, and direct access to the covered lanai and screened-in pool area, complete with outdoor dining furniture and a spa overlooking the serene lake.



The first floor also includes a luxurious king master suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and pool views, as well as an additional front-facing bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two more king suites—each with a private bathroom—along with a queen suite with its own bathroom, two additional themed bedrooms (one with two bunk beds and one with twin beds), and a shared bathroom. A secondary sitting area on the landing provides more space for relaxation, and there’s a convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer.



Every detail is designed to ensure comfort for large families or groups, all within a peaceful, resort-style setting.



As part of Terra Verde Resort, you’ll enjoy access to premium amenities including a heated community pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, walking trails, and a clubhouse with games and a tiki bar. We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
