House Rules – Sunshine Serenity Villa

No smoking inside the home. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.

No pets are allowed.

No running in the pool or lanai area for safety reasons.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Use appliances, furniture, and equipment only as intended.

No parties or events without prior approval.

Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.

Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC is running to maintain efficiency.

Do not tamper with pool equipment or safety features. Contact the host if assistance is needed.

Dispose of trash in designated bins and follow any community guidelines provided.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
