A bright pool home with games room located in the gated resort of Emerald Island, just minutes from Disney and all of the major attractions, shopping and dining.

The open plan living area has a comfortable sectional sofa and large TV with cable services. Through sliding glass doors, the space opens out onto the south-west facing pool deck.

The screened-in pool area has a private pool and a selection of lounging furniture to spend a day enjoying the Florida sunshine.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for your family and has a breakfast bar as well as table and chairs for a quick bite. There is also a formal dining room offering a sophisticated place for family meals.

The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, desk workspace and ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower plus separate toilet. A further bedroom with a kingsize bed is located at the front of the home. There are two delightful bedrooms that the children will love – one with a bunk bed and the other with two twins – which share a bathroom. An additional bedroom at the rear of the home features a queen bed plus ensuite bathroom.

Don’t forget about the games room! An air hockey table and foosball table are sure to provide hours of entertainment.

There is a washer and dryer for guest use. High speed internet is included. Please inquire for costs if pool heat is desired.

Emerald Island is a superbly located resort with fantastic facilities on site. A parking pass of $20 per car is applicable. There is a clubhouse with gym and arcade, community pool, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, children’s playgrounds, and nature walks. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby. Disney World is 10 minutes drive, Sea World 15 minutes, Universal 20 minutes.
