Please note:

Pool heat is $30 per day
Minimum of 2 consecutive days required
Maximum water temperature is 90°F
Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. The spa and pool share the same heated water system.

Housekeeping

Professional cleaning is completed before every arrival. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleanings may be requested for an additional fee.

Trash Disposal

Trash collection occurs daily. Please place all trash in sealed garbage bags and secure the raccoon lock on the outdoor trash bench after use.

A $100 fee may apply for loose trash or failure to properly secure the trash area.
