Are you ready to book your Dream Vacation?

This 5 Bedroom 4+ Bathroom, 2265 Sq.Ft. home with private, splash pool is perfectly located, just minutes to Walt Disney World located within Windsor at Westside. This gated 5-star resort is packed with amenities and entertainment for the whole family.

The spacious accommodation is arranged over two floors.

The ground floor features a central family room with a fireplace, smart TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. State-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with fun extras like a Keurig (bring your favorite brew), popcorn maker, waffle iron, griddle for pancakes and much more.

There is a Queen Suite located on the ground floor also with a Smart TV.

Upstairs, you will find a King Master Suite, a Queen Suite, a Mickey Mouse Mouse-themed twin Bedroom, and a Star War's Wars-themed bedroom with bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top. Each room has a smart TV.

The upstairs bedrooms are arranged around a central loft/recreation area, featuring a smart TV, Play Station 4 game system and another Queen sleeper sofa.

Premium sheets and fluffy towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided.

Large Washer and Dryer upstairs.

The home offers complimentary WiFi and free calling to the USA and Canada.

This home has everything you will need for your little ones. Baby gates for the stairs, high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, sippy cups, bowls, spoons.

Outside, at your private splash pool, enjoy a relaxing conversation, a swim, or just the pool. Heat can be purchased in the cooler months and a BBQ can be rented.

The main clubhouse has many amenities. The beautiful pool, lazy river, cafe/bar (my favorite), and a little store to purchase milk and bread. The game room, playground, basketball court, soccer field, and volleyball are all a short walk away.

This townhouse is a corner unit which makes it close enough to all the clubhouse action(3-5 minute walk) but far enough away not to hear all the noise from the clubhouse. Outside of the pool enclosure is a grassy area for your little ones to play.

The house was perfect for what we needed at four, which was a place to rest our legs after walking 15,000 steps a day at Disney World. The beds were comfy. Parking is tight.

As many of the current reviews state, Kathy was an amazing host. While we didn't actually need her for anything, as everything was perfect, I'm confident that had there been an issue, Kathy would have resolved it quickly. She was able to answer some very granular questions leading up to our stay and provided a very thorough summary prior to the trip so we felt comfortable when we arrived. There were two sets of baby gates for the stairs, a Pack n Play, two travel strollers, a highchair, a sound baby monitor, and several toys, making our stay with little ones that much easier. Parking was a breeze, even with our large SUV (there were even several 15 passenger vans parked in other properties), and the clubhouse pool (including bar, ice cream machine, and cotton candy machine) was EPIC. We will be bringing our family back next year!There was a review that stated the cost to heat the pool seemed unreasonable, but I felt that it was consistent with other properties we viewed.

We loved this and plan on coming back! The clubhouse was so much fun and loved coming back to a private pool. We had lots of space and close to everything including Disney! We had another family get a house close to us too so all the kids enjoyed and were close!

Amazing home!

Great property and features!

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-bedroom townhome for our family vacation! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, but tucked away just enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The home itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had all the essential appliances and even a few rolls of toilet paper and items to hold you over until you go shopping (an air fryer would’ve been a nice bonus, but definitely not complaining). Our property manager, Kathy, was incredibly communicative, sweet, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

10/10 we will definitely be back! The house is so beautiful and accommodating! We had ages from 7 to 70 with us and everyone enjoyed the house, and location! The house was large enough to stay with all 8 of us comfortably. The kids lived in the pool, that was a great addition in its self. Only 20 short minutes from all Disney attractions and only 1.5 hours from the beautiful New Smyrna beach! The first floor queen suite was ideal for my mother is has handicap limitations. All the rooms and bathrooms where a great size as well. The house is only about and hour from Orlando Airport.And last but not least.. KATHY was wonderful to speak with and work with as the host of the house.
