    This magnificent 6 bedroom Championsgate Family Getaway is new to our management program and ready for its first guests to welcome you to the neighborhood. This spacious home is the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday with family and friends. Remember you have free daily access to two waterparks within the Championsgate Community.

    The main floor has a master King suite with ensuite bath including a walk in Shower.

    The open floor plan gives plenty of space and includes large living room area, dining room as well as fabulous modern kitchen with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook and eat your favorite meal.

    There is an additional smaller living room area with seating and TV across from the Kitchen area.

    The main floor games room includes a pool table, air hockey table and Playstation video console.

    Patio doors lead out to the inviting covered lanai with dining seating, lounge chairs and a sitting area and overlook the pool with spill over spa.

    The back of the home also has another bathroom with walk in shower and door leading to the patio and pool area.

    Head upstairs and you will be greeted with another lounge area with comfortable seating and TV. You will find 5 additional bedrooms upstairs as well

This house was perfect. Carl also responded to all my questions really quick and accommodated us checking in early with no issues. If your staying in Orlando, I would definitely recommend this house!

Great family property

Our family had the best time in a wonderfully described rental. The house was laid out well, centrally located to amenities and cleaned and cared for. This was our first experience staying for several weeks and look forward to returning to property. Our host was extremely quick on responding to our inquiries. Great place, host and location.

Great stay

The stay was amazing house was clean and very spacious nice size rooms the only problem we had was the main gate some would not let vendors/delivers in while others did, miscommunication in that area.

Home was clean, and matched pictures. We had a group of 10 and traveled with pets so house was extremely roomy for us all. Unfortunately, pictures a bit misleading when it came to house amenities. Game room air hockey table was old and did not work, PS4 remotes did not work, and billiard table was run down bumpers falling apart and led strip mood lights did not work. Pool and hot tub excellent, but you are feet away from neighbors looking directly in their backyards. Kitchen utensils need to be upgraded a bit, like can opener didn't work and garbage disposal trips circuit breaker. Positive was there were plenty of bathrooms, however really bad water pressure in 4 out of 6 showers. Quick note about Champions Gate and NOT this rental. Champion Gate during weekend nights have turned nice rentals into house party scene and with groups of people loudly out partying until early hours and racing up and down the streets. This is not our first stay and decline has gotten worse. We will not be returning to here or any of the affiliated communities. Very sad for these beautiful home owners.

Mostly great, but….

The place and the stay was pretty great regardless of some issues. Game room was fun, but the pool table was ripped, so was generally disappointing. We did not mention this to the owner. We did mention that the freezer did not work, called and a visit was made to try to fix it, but this did not work and we basically had no freezer for the entire week. We paid an extra to have a barbecue. The first day we tried to use it it would not heat up. We called the owner who did provide a solution that seemed to make the barbeque heat up. The next time we tried to use it there was no gas. This was the day before we were leaving at which time I messaged the owner suggesting we should be credited for this extra as the barbeque was not able to be used for the trip. Unfortunately, a generally responsive owner to this point did not respond to this note and follow up notes asking about the barbeque fee. What was still a nice trip at this location has left me with a sour taste based on this. Unfortunate as it seemed so easy for this point to have been addressed.

Nice Spacious Home but the home is poorly managed

Our family stayed at this home 12/23/24 thru 12/30/24. The bottom line is, we would not stay at this property again. Not because of the property, but because of the company (host) that manages it.The home was close to what is advertised, although "not as new as the ad had represented it to be. The 1st floor kitchen and living spaces are spacious.The housekeeping / cleaning was sub-par. The floors were very dirty. We mopped them a couple of time just to get the floors clean enough to walk on with socks on. Our socks would turn black on the bottom from the dirty film on the tile floors. "Terrible". We didn't even bring this to the hosts attention because of so many other major issues. "Listed as follows:"Pool Heater not working- The water temp was 66 degrees. (we paid for a heated pool) .Freezer not working- We lost food in the freezer because the temperature wouldn't go below 36 degrees. (This wasn't repaired while we were there)Many other smaller issues. My recommendation would be to find another property with a different host. Not worth the hassle/stress to stay at a home that has a terrible host. VRBO has email correspondence that will prove everything above, with exception of the nasty floors. We took care of those ourselves because we didn't want cleaners in the house while we were there. We were given some financial credits, however, we had rather have paid the full price and not had all the issues we had to deal with on our vacation.
