The house is a great size for everyone but it's dark and dull and not lit well.The decor needs to be updated compared to others we've stayed in.The pool needs some tlc but was great even though I never used it once but the kids had a great time.The house is in a great location to get to the parks and other such activities. It's a great family friendly villa and would recommend it to others only criticism is the house needs an updated decor it's to dark and gloomy.

4 Star house

Beds were hard and uncomfortable, agreed by every one in our party. The movie Gameroom was great. The pool was ok, could've used some pressure washing and full of leaves on the patio net. We didn't use the garage game room as it was extremely hot. The kitchen was ok. We wish we had more cook ware but made due with what they had. Very nice private community. Nice big house for family. When we arrived there was one dead cockroach on the floor. We didn't see any others during our stay. Carpets were stained on the stairs.

Good time

Overall we had a great time at the house and were happy with it. We has good communication with the vacation rental company, the kids loved the pool table/ping pong table and the theater. The downsides: I wish that It would have been a little cleaner (carpet definetly needs to be replaced). One of my search criteria was a hot tub, this one does not get any warmer than the pool even after repeatedly turning on the timer. The pool/lanai area is very shaded (and also very covered in tree debri) so if you are hoping to sunbathe, its a bit difficult. We booked the house within in less than 21 days of our stay so we had to check in at the office before going to the house. This was very stressful as were were driving down, praying we didnt get stuck in traffic and miss our 5:00 pm check in deadline.

Underwhelmed

First of all, we don’t normally leave reviews normally. Communication before and during our stay could have been better. Hard to put a meal on for a family with only 2 forks and without a sheet pan at the property. Property could have used some maintenance such as slow drains and carpet cleaning. Simple things that they said they would fix only after we brought it to their attention after our stay. TV’s and game room were not easy to figure out so we gave up. We made the best of our stay in Orlando but left underwhelmed with the experience overall.

Relaxing

We decided to rent this villa so that we could explore the area. It is so Central we knew we would have plenty to do since Disney wasn't on the agenda for us. I called ahead of time and got the pool heated up which the kids enjoyed the whole week through. We didn't have any problems with anything while we were there! The house is in a very quiet community and my husband and I enjoyed morning runs through it. We were able to explore lake Louisa state park, Cocoa Beach, an orange Grove, and we even traveled over to the gulf twice. We also had a family movie night in the amazing movie room...so much fun! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
