The Studio at The Point, is a Resort kind of place.

You will have access to the whole studio. The main door opens into a foyer that has two doors, the one on your right that let you into the studio and the one on your left is another unit 1/1 that is rented separate (see my other listings).

This cozy studio/apartment is just 1.4 miles diving from Universal Studios and 10 minutes walking from the famous International Drive. This great location apartment, located at The Point Resort, is located on the fourth floor. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Great amenities like a refreshing and heated pool, a poolside bar, gym and hot tub.

If your stance is more than 3 weeks, an extra cleaning will be charged. In order to keep the unit is good condition, cleanings are scheduled every 3 weeks. if you request cleanings before the three weeks you can schedule them as you please for a fee.

* The unit is equipped for your use and future guest, please use them accordingly. Any damages will be change separately. Towels $25 (Bath, hand and wash), Sheets and duvets $60 each, Bed blankets $50 each, damage to flooring, furniture, TV or kitchen items will be charge separately.
* If unit is return in really bad condition an extra cleaning will be charged.
