Worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Sketchy place. No way to make contact directly, their phone number doesn’t work and the hotel has no idea who this host even is, will refuse to help in any way. They called me the morning of my stay from a random number letting me know my room was no longer available, but wouldn’t email me the details or answer any of my multiple follow ups via phone, email and chat. They give you a 2 hour window to check in. The workers at the property are unhelpful and blatantly rude. My family and I were sent to the streets instead of checking in after multiple attempts to contact this listing the day of my stay. No refund has been provided yet, I needed to get a second hotel last minute, on top of dealing with all this mess while I’m supposed to be on vacation. Avoid at all costs.
