    Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

    The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

    The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Very nice house with a pool and jacuzzi is located only about 20 minutes from Disney and about 40 to Universal. The house was clean with plenty of supplies for the week. The host was super nice and very professional. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! From check-in to check-out, we had a blast staying at this property. The pool was so enjoyable after a long day at the parks and just being able to relax in a home with family was all we could ask for.

The home was in immaculate condition. All of the essentials were provided and stores were nearby. Joanne was super easy to work with, responded in a timely manner, and was helpful with all of our questions. The pool was heated and clean. We had a fantastic vacation.

This house was perfect for a family vacation! Had everything we needed! Exceptionally clean which is a hugh factor for me! Pool and hot tub warm as described! Quiet neighborhood! Everything is close as far as parks, food places and stores! Owner easy to communicate with and very understanding! Definitely will book again in the future!

This villa is absolutely lovely. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The inside is fresh, updated, and so very clean. Nice kitchen and the open huge living area is great. That dining table is gorgeous! I would love to have it in my own house! The layout is ideal for two families since the master suite is the only bedroom on the first floor. You cannot hear noise from the upstairs at all when you're in the master, a big plus. The bed was very comfy. My sister said their bed upstairs was also comfortable. We were really booked with the parks, so we really only got to enjoy the pool for one day. But it's a great pool. It's very peaceful there. The icing on the cake is the host; she is fantastic! Thanks Joanne!!! Highly recommend!

Lovely villa in great location, plenty of room. Pool heating was great, hot tub was hot! Everything you could need for a great holiday. We only had one minor issue, which was dealt with promptly through the management team. Good communication from Joanne.

The house is a home and has everything you could possibly want or need. No detail was overlooked- Spotless, close to everywhere and a very quiet neighborhood. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with thru the entire process, best ever host! We can't wait to go back next year!
