Spacious pool home located in popular gated community of Westhaven

A spacious 4 bedroom pool home located in the popular gated community of West Haven.

The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating and TV with cable services. A great place to relax in the evening – a selection of DVDs are also left for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is breakfast bar seating and a bright formal dining area, leading to the exterior pool deck.

The generous-sized pool area is very private with green planting all around. There is a covered shady area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Or enjoy the Florida sunshine spending the day on loungers by the pool. Pool heating available at an additional cost.

The master bedroom, with kingsize bed, also has access to the pool deck. Together with a walk-in wardrobe, there is an ensuite with double sinks, shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with own bathroom opposite. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom.

There are hours of fun to be had the games room! There is an air hockey, pool table and darts board. Plus a PlayStation console and controllers.

High quality towels and linens are provided as well as laundry facilities for guest use. High speed wifi and national calls included.

The Sanctuary at Westhaven is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4 and close to Hwy 27. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.
The community is well located for the surrounding attractions, including the Disney parks just under 25 mins drive.

Shabby vacation home

Nice neighbourhood, close to Disney, close to shops, restaurants and outlets. Good wifi. Home was dirty and in poor condition through long or hard use or lack of care. Furniture was completely worn out, front door did not close properly. Keycode of frontdoor lock was not changed for months. Pool safety fence was damaged and "repaired" by means of tieraps. Appliances damaged and in need of replacement. And so on, and so on..... Despite all this we had a good stay and a lovely vacation, but it could have been so much better with a "touch up" of this vacation home. It is really a shame; this home deserves better care...

Nice place.

Beautiful house in a quiet clean neighborhood. Could use some new cookware and cooking utensils. There is a charge for heating the pool that I couldn't find in the description, but it's worth it if you visit in the spring. The property management responded to any questions quickly. The even came out to make sure the pool was heating properly.

Thanksgiving in Orlando

Overall our stay was great, the house was very tidy and clean. We are a family from Miami and we now how HOT it can be in December in Florida, so our nights where a little uncomfortable with the air condition restriction. There were a few door handle inside that needs repairing but other that the weekend was Outstanding!!!!!!!. I would rent the home again for sure. -:)

All the relaxing you need

The house is peaceful clean quiet this is my second stay at this house and whenever there is a small and slight problem Richard it is always there who is with management. And if I don't have my own house in this beautiful town of Davenport I will definitely be giving a call to Richard to stay again in this relaxing house it has all the Comforts of home that you need and don't forget the peace and quiet
