Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comunicació i ubicació
Some minor maintenance issues that were handled quickly. Queen bed could stand to be replaced as it sags in the middle. The couch was new and very comfortable. There is no oven, just a two burner stove and a microwave that has some type of air fry feature. The starter supplies were plentiful, lots of toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a place that has the basics, but is clearly run down in appearance this is the place. Price was ok for the area compared. If you are like us and want to spend every moment at parks/Universal Studios, you really can't use any of the amenities on the property. It was very close to the Universal parks, that's a big bonus. The water heater was so loud you couldn't hear each other talk sometimes. The door lock was often difficult or just not working. After we booked the host was basically not available, and the check in procedure we were told to follow wasn't what we encountered, so that was terribly confusing. The place looks like it's been through a lot! However there was running water, the fridge was cold, and bathrooms were operating. So, it was rough but the basics are there. Flushing toilets was very tricky, they even left a sign/note about it. The parking lot was ok, somewhat a pain to haul your things in upon arrival and if you do any shopping.
