Other things to note

- A rental agreement will be sent out after booking for you to review and sign within 24 hours or the booking may be canceled.

- Standard pool heating: set to 80°F in summer, May thru September, and 86°F in winter, October thru April, with the heat pump operating from 6 AM to midnight.

- For a warmer pool experience during winter, usually around 90°F, we have to run the pump non-stop. This service is available for an extra $20 per day. Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead, as heating the pool in colder weather can take that long.

- The pool is professionally cleaned and serviced weekly. The pool cleaning company chooses the day of the week based on their schedule. Any off cycle cleanings requested will be $125/clean.

- We have a security camera on the front of the house facing the driveway to ensure everyone's safety.
