Whether you are looking to relax with on-site amenities or take advantage of an ideal location within 10 miles of the world’s greatest theme parks; this beautiful second-floor condo is perfect for your next getaway with your family or friends. It is located 15-30 minutes from the Disney parks and Universal Studios, 1 hour from Legoland, as well as 1 hour from the Tampa beaches and Daytona Beach. During your stay, you can enjoy complimentary access to resort-style amenities which include a temperature-controlled outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sand volleyball court, a small gym, game room with ping-pong and pool table, all located in the clubhouse which all guests are welcome to use. The clubhouse also includes plenty of indoor and outdoor space to sit and relax whether it is for your morning coffee next to the pool or to unwind with a cocktail after your fun adventures.

This second-floor condo is located at Terrace Ridge, a gated Resort-Style community with a tropical, relaxing, and calm atmosphere. You will be close to everything, 4 miles away from the Champions Gate area surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets only 5 minutes away, and a Starbucks & Dunkin less than 8 mins away.

This 4 bedroom spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and a dryer, a large dining table for mealtimes and family game nights, a bright living area with comfortable furnishings, and a new 70-in smart TV. We hope to see you soon!

Great Condo

Very well appointed kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean and a great building. We used the pool and the jacuzzi. It was quiet and lots of parking. My only suggestion is that we needed more blankets and pillowcases for the beds - they asked that we removed the decorative pillows and comforters but didn't have any options to actually use.

We loved the property. Great neighborhood, really quick responses with the property manager, and the place was extremely clean and well kept. We would definitely come back!

Comfortable and quiet

The apartment was as nice as the pictures showed it to be. Many of the neighbors have returned for 10 years to this development because they like it so much. We never heard our neighbors, the pool area was clean and parking was convenient. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants were in the same neighborhood. Our host communicated very well, and responded quickly.

Enjoyable Stay

The stay was comfortable. I would stay again. Only questionable request from the owners was in reference to the quilts on the beds. The note that was left stated for us NOT to use the decorative pillows and covers on the beds because it’s for decoration (understandable); however, there wasn’t anything left to replace them.
