  • This spacious townhouse is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

    All the amenities were built in 2015 which includes the beautiful pool, water slides, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, business center, convenient store, etc...Daily children activities are also available for free.

    This luxury 4 Bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:

    New Beds and New Living room furniture;
    A fully equipped kitchen;
    Baby gear (crib/playpen and stroller);
    Complementary high speed wireless internet access (500Mbps);
    Cable flat screen LCD/LED TV in Living room and all bedrooms

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here for Spring break. The host, Mary, is outstanding for communication and needs. The condo is perfect with 4 bedrooms and great amenities. The price is fantastic for the size. The condo is also in a perfect location, extremely close to the pool and clubhouse. Great nearby amenities and a half mile walk to Fun Spot and Old Town. The kids love it here!

Excellent Stay for Disney!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, Mary and her husband were so incredibly helpful and tentative while we were there, it is so close to Disney and Old Town, the condo also had wonderful amenities, pool, a restaurant and bar, a gym, it was amazing.

Perfect getaway for a bachelorette!

This was an amazing place to stay with amenities that makes a trip enjoyable without even leaving the property. There is a amazing food nearby and it is just a short trip to Universal Studios/Orlando. We loved the cleanliness of this townhome and the clubhouse pool!

Great Experience

My family and I stayed here last week and weekend. The check in and check out process was easy and went smoothly. The property was clean and had lots of room for the 6 of us. The location right by Old Town and Fun Spot was excellent. We had a great experience.

There was plenty of room for 3 children and 3 adults, and the amenities were great. The unit was clean and accommodating. The owner was proactive and responsive with communication via email and text.

Spotlessly clean and great location

House was perfect for us, clean, good size, great location for Disney and the pool resort pool area was lovely. Lots of communication from the host prior to arrival with loads of helpful information. House is a little dated but I think that's true of lots of rental properties in Orlando. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break Vaca

This condo was a great place to stay for a Spring Break vacation for my family of 7. My parents were able to have their privacy with the bedroom downstairs while the rest of us were upstairs. The pool was amazing! It was also super close to all the attractions we were going to. The condo itself was clean and the host was very kind and organized! I would highly recommend.

Great experience

We’ve stayed at Regal Oaks with multiple different hosts over the last several years. Mary Li was a fantastic host and the townhome was in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the living space worked well for our family. Mary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were very happy with our stay!
