The home is due for a carpet replacement and internal repaint at the next off season opportunity. Some of the living room furnishings are showing signs of wear/leatherette peeling. Guests should expect walls to show marks / wear and tear as well as some marks on some of the carpet areas, which whilst regularly cleaned, do have stains in a number of places. The average condition of the home is reflected in the competitive pricing of this property.

Dining Area and Kitchen
When you enter the home, you are greeted with a sitting room featuring a game table for 4 (includes a Poker Set), couch and 50” Smart TV. On the left you will enter into the games room that is sure to WOW everyone (see full description below)! Beyond the entryway, you’ll find the kitchen to your right - fully stocked with everything you may need to make a quick snack or a gourmet meal! There is bar style seating for four at the kitchen island as well as a formal dining table for 8 overlooking your private pool!
Living Room
Looking out from the kitchen is the modern living room featuring a large, leather sectional couch and two leather sofa chairs (showing signs of wear). Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen 55” Smart TV mounted in the living room.
Games Area
This Games Room features a luxurious Pool Table, a Multi-Arcade Video Game Station, and TWO separate Gaming Stations for those who like to bring their own consoles. EACH featuring a Gaming Chair, Private Built In 40” and Roku TV.
Upstairs Loft
The Upstairs Loft features a Sofa, a Love Seat. Enjoy relaxing upstairs while watching a movie on the 55” Smart TV.
Laundry
There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels.
Pool and Spa (hot tub when heat selected)
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private south-facing pool and spa/hot tub, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy the outdoor dining area!
Pool Heat
The pool and spa can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring, and during cooler weeks in summer.
Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
The pool heater runs for approximately 10 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
The pool and spa can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights. Fees may apply for additional activation or deactivation .
Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.
Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7-night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.
For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options: 2-Burner BBQ Grill, 5-Burner BBQ Grill. This includes a full propane tank. Please contact us for current rental prices from our supplier.
Resort Amenities
Resort Amenities Subject to Small Optional Charge – Payable In Resort
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

Upon arrival in this self catered home you will find an initial start-up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are, 1 x roll of paper towels, 1 x dish sponge, 2 x dishwasher tablets, 1 x small dish soap, 1 x trash bag per bin, 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom, 2 x sachets of laundry soap, Small hand soaps in each bathroom. For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above on your way to the home - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

Within 24 hours of placing a booking and prior to accessing the home guests are required to provide:

The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property
Signed rental agreement
We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
