* No street parking is permitted; limit of 6 cars per house.
* Vehicles are not allowed to park on grass or block the sidewalk.
* RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed in the
resort.
* Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and is subject
to weather conditions; the spa is not a jacuzzi and will have the
same temperature as the pool.
* BBQ rental is available as an optional service.
* Any repairs or additional cleaning that results from non-compliance
will incur additional charges.
* Place trash in the plastic bin daily to maintain cleanliness.
* No daily housekeeping is provided, but mid-stay cleaning can be
requested for an additional fee.
* For online purchases, only UPS, DHL, and FEDEX deliver to the
property, as USPS does not recognize vacation homes as regular
addresses. There may be delivery restrictions or fees if packages
are sent to the clubhouse.
