House Rules

* Pets are not permitted at the property.
* Please dispose of trash in the outdoor bin each day to help keep
the home tidy.
* The home is self-catering, and washcloths are not provided, so
guests should plan to bring their own.
* Failure to follow the house rules may lead to additional cleaning
or repair charges.

Parking Rules

* Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
* Vehicles must not be parked on the street, on grass, or in a way
that blocks sidewalks.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats
are not allowed.
* Vehicles parked outside the community rules may be towed at the
guest’s expense.

Pool and Outdoor Facilities

* The private spa is not a hot tub and does not have jets.
* The spa can only be heated when the full pool is heated, and both
will reach the same temperature.
* Pool heating operates through a heat-exchange system, so
performance may be reduced in colder weather.
* During cold conditions, the pool heater’s safety system may
temporarily pause operation, and heating may not always be
available.

Deliveries and Services

* Standard postal deliveries may not reach vacation homes and can be
returned to sender.
* Courier deliveries may be accepted, though some resort locations
route packages to a central collection point or may not accept them
at all.
* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
