Welcome to Serenity Villa! A private 5-bedroom retreat in a gated community, 20 minutes from Disney and minutes from Reunion, Champions Gate, shopping, and dining. Relax in your screened, sun-lit pool and private hot tub, gather in the open kitchen and formal dining room, and let the kids loose in the game room with a pool table, foosball, and arcade. With two king suites, 4.5 baths, sleeps 10, and a TV with Roku in every bedroom, it's the effortless home base for Disney days and easy nights in. A quiet, private alternative to the crowded resort villas.

THINGS TO KNOW
• The Home: A beautiful 5-bedroom home that sleeps up to 10 — 2 primary king suites, 1 queen, 1 full, and 3 twins (7 beds total). 4.5 baths (4 full + a half bath). Full kitchen, formal dining room, and a downstairs living room, plus an upstairs family room.
• Location: Close to shopping, restaurants, and outlets, plus amusement parks and museums.
• Parking: Up to 5 spaces total. 1–4 in driveway and 1 in the garage. No street parking is allowed (HOA rule).
• TVs & Streaming: Every bedroom has a Roku TV. To use streaming services, please sign in with your own account credentials.
• Pool & Spa Heat: Available for $35/day with 3 days' advance notice (pool set to 88°F, spa to 102°F). The fee must be paid prior to check-in.
• Security: This is a gated community. For safety, there are two exterior Ring cameras, one at the front door entry and one on the side of the house, and both running continuously and positioned outside to monitor the entrances. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Guest Age: Due to local laws/HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 to book. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
• No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed due to allergies and other concerns. Violation results in immediate termination of the stay with no refund for unused nights, plus extra cleaning fees of $150 minimum.
• No Smoking Inside: Smoking indoors is not permitted; violations carry a $150+ cleaning fee and possible termination without refund.
• A Note on Florida Wildlife: Bears are periodically spotted in the neighborhood. Bears are wild and potentially dangerous — please don't feed or approach them or any wildlife. Keep all trash securely enclosed in the garage bins with tight-fitting lids, and never leave trash bags outside. Don't place food outside; dispose of it in the trash bins stored in the garage. Please also lock your vehicles to prevent any unwanted interactions.
