Excellent Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy with the property but not thrilled with the cleaning level. There was lots of hair in the sheets, towels and bedding. I made sure the front desk was aware of that and they didnt offer any discount or new sheets. We ended up washing them ourselves. In addition the beds didn’t have a bottom sheet- they had a weird sheet overtop which moved and want around the comforter. This was our third time staying and it is normally much cleaner. Not sure I would stay with this rental company again for the amount of money it was and it not being clean

Spacious for 2 families of 4!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 8021 Surf Street was a very good experience! With 5 bedrooms and bathrooms there was plenty of space for 2 families of 4 to spread out during our week long stay over Thanksgiving. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The only bummer was the alarm that goes off every time you open the sliding door to the pool. Nothing can be done about that though. Safety first!Property description and pictures provided prior to our stay were spot on. Property management were super friendly and helpful prior to and during our stay. With this being a brand new unit, there were a few "new home" things that needed maintenance, but no major inconveniences. The kids can't wait to come back here again and we will definitely consider it for our next trip to Disney!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to travel as a family with siblings, significant others, and our parents. We weren’t looking to travel far. This was the perfect home away from home for vacation! It accommodated our large and growing family perfectly. We all had our own place to sleep and even own bathroom per every room. The kitchen, dining, and living space was beautiful and overly spacious which was perfect for us during meal time and for quality time. We loved the ability to make meals for the whole family while on vacation vs trying to fight crowds at restaurants. The pool area was also a fun area to hang out in. We were so happy with the many pool towels provided and the washer and dryer availability for cleaning as needed. Overall the home was very clean and well kept. The only down fall was the house was very warm the first 24 hours but Its understanding that it’s hard to get a house that size cooled down in this Florida Heat. The Margaritaville resort was a short drive away. The pool and other amenities were wonderful! We will definitely stay again.

Nice Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was nice. We had a couple of issues in the beginning some were addressed and others we had to figure out how to accommodate ourselves. Upon arrival the fridge was hot maintenance tinkered a bit with it and eventually it cooled down. The hot water worked after running it for some time in the sinks but no problem with the showers. The pool was nice and our family truly enjoyed it everyday. The home itself could have been made cleaner which is where we had to go out and purchase additional items like a vacuum because there was access hair and feathers in the common area couches. It looked like those had never been cleaned deeply. Upon request for someone to clean it or bring a vacuum they said they didn’t have one. So come prepared. Most utensils were there and in good condition. We wanted to have margaritas but the machine was disgusting with black residue and old margarita mix still on it so we opted out :(. But overall after getting those things corrected we had fun and slept well. We will stay again likely at a different home just to experience other types. The views from the common area around the pool were beautiful all day long. We enjoyed everything that the property had to offer from the on ground pools to the H20 water park. Sunset walk is also always a hit and we love going to the studio grill and movie theater. There is endless things to do with your family just come prepared with all items from hand soap to cleaning supplies paper towels trash bags toilet paper etc. to avoid a lot of ripping and running on your vacation.

Great House- Could use Some Finishing Touches

Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and even more spacious than I thought it would be. We loved having a full kitchen, dining area, living room to hang out and of course the private pool. There were a few things that would make this house better. For instance there is a great deck upstairs, but no furniture at all. It’s a wasted space. A grill and maybe some outside games would have been nice. The rooms were large, but lacked a dresser or bureau. Also, the living spaces in the house were nice and cool, but the bedrooms were very warm at night. We loved being able to walk to Sunset Walk and it was convenient having a Target and other stores so close. Super easy and fast to get to the parks. Overall we would stay again.

Clean inside, the pool was filthy the Jets were not turned on

One of the tray tracks in the refrigerator was broken could not use that drawer or the Shelf we took pictures had someone from the front office come up and take pictures as well. The outside was clean however the pool was filthy no one came to clean it I even asked lady who was cleaning the pools on either side of our rental at 8:021 serves Street about the pool she did not clean it. I called the front desk they sent a lovely maintenance worker named Anna and she bent over backwards cleaning that pool shocking the pool making sure the pool was absolutely perfect for us to get into but this is in the third day of our stay. She was wonderful!. The irrigation system and or fertilizer for the plants absolutely reeks!! The irrigation I got on our canvas chair covers that we all brought with us wreaked when we drove it back home all the chairs had to be washed all the covers had to be washed not a very pleasant experience on the outside. Will we stay here again, or recommend it, yes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 7 days, the house was very spacious and clean but lacked rental house necessities I’ve had in other rentals. There was no broom to help sweep up children’s messes, there was limited shower towels (1 set per bathroom but houses more humans than that), there was no pool towels for use. The couch pillows dispersed tons of feathers throughout the living space. Overall, we enjoyed the property. The pool/hot tub / outdoor area was very spacious and perfect for our visit. The indoors also had tons of space. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in good shape and clean. The pool and hot tub were broken the whole time we were there. They did attempt to fix but couldn’t get it fixed in time for us to be able to use it like we would have liked. Very few towels so have to wash them regularly. The walls are thin so could hear neighbors outside at night.

I had requested the pool to be pre heated, which it wasn’t but luckily it heated up pretty quickly after turning the heat on. Some other properties came with a bbq in the backyard and some outdoor games, if it had that it would have been perfect.

Beautiful Home - Stingy on Linens

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My party had a lovely stay. The home was in a beautiful location and the kids with us especially enjoyed the pool. Overall, it was a great experience! We had 12 guests stay total but were only given 10 bath towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for two more, I was told on repeat that the homes are all “self sustaining” and they couldn’t give me two more. Ultimately, I wound up speaking to a manager to get the two additional bath towels. It felt like a ridiculous thing to have to speak to a manager over and not the customer service you’d expect given the amount of money you pay to rent the homes. They should read the book “Give ‘Em The Pickle”. Apparently they were supposed to come in the bag with the sheets for the pull out. But we didn’t even get pillows for the bed and definitely didn’t get bath towels. If the home was truly self sustaining - those should have been kept in the home and we shouldn’t have had to call for the sheets, blanket, pillows or speak to a manager over two extra towels. The sheets in the master were for a queen and the bed was a king. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was just kind of interesting given how intense they were over two additional towels and the home being self sustaining. Not sure what’s going on with their linens but hopefully they can figure that out. They are also quite stingy with the cleaning supplies (dishwasher pods and trash bags). After the whole towel thing, we were afraid to ask for anything else. We stayed for 4 nights and had 12 guests. We were great with the no housekeeping but it would have been nice to be able to run to the front desk for additional supplies when needed. In the master there was also a box of tissues that was filled with completely used tissues under the sink. I’m sure it was just a miss by housekeeping but that was kind of gross to find. Ultimate

A great pool area, shaded table area with sun loungers, pool and spa.Super convenient for Sunset Walk and Target, with a pick up service when you need it! Very close to Disney, maybe 25 minutes to universal and a few minutes more to the malls.We loved it and would go again

Excellent Home to Rent

Often times photos are when the house was first built and furnished. That wasn't the case with this house. It was in excellent shape, along with the furniture. It was nice having your own pool also. There is so much to do in the downtown Margaritaville area. The restaurants are all so good. We will definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great! We wanted a nice place to go and relax for my bachelorette, and surf street was it! We spent most of our time hanging in the pool! The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 8 of us. My only complaint was there were very little cooking supplies and no pool towels.
